No Remorse

Pergi ambik tiket semalam..
Cam aku cakap tu hari, benda pertama sekali aku dah fikir bila aku tahu dorang memang konfem main tempat aerospace tu ialah " malas nye aku nak gi tempat pameran aerospace tu ".
Adakah ada World War II fighter plane Spitfire passby macam Maiden kat Download? haha.

Apa pun ni rupa tiket tu untuk sapa belum menengoknya.

Mat Jenin sikit, aku ada la berangan2 kan, siap malam tu James Hetfield tak banyak colok, tak banyak berbual kons " yeah baby!!! ", so dorang cuma main 20 lagu je....
contoh cam gini.... something like this...mau happy la aku...

1. Blackened
2. Ride The Lightning
3. Trapped Under Ice
4. For Whom The Bell Tolls
5. Fade To Black
6. Disposable Heroes
7. Blitzkrieg
8. Sanitarium
9. Fight Fire With Fire
10. Memory Remains
11. Master Of Puppets
12. Harvester Of Sorrow
13. Nothing Else Matters
14. Enter Sandman
15. One
-
16. Battery
17. No Remorse
18. Creeping Death
19. Seek And Destroy
-
20. Prowler (in full!!)

Tapi tak kesah la dorang main apa pun...

kalau setlist

a. Full Death Magnetic album
b. Full St Anger albm
encore
- Enter Sandman
- One
- Creeping Death
pun aku tak cerewet la....haha... gi sana for fun je la haha.

APA PUN, UNTUK SAPA TEMPAT KERJA SEMUA BUDAK2 NAK GI TENGOK NI... Selamat la.....
Aku pun belum tengok rota kerja....kawan aku pun belum cek, tapi kita dah tahu mesti harap yang lain semua coverkan kita orang..
bayangkan korang kerja semua budak2 melayu nak gi tengok... ABIS LA!!! haha...

ok dah....

To be continued.....
(Maiden not Metallica haha.)

harvester of sorrow (updated 1511hrs Friday)

updates in Green right below.

aku nak cakap sikit pasal tiket Metallica ni.
Kalau theory aku salah, Ya Ampun.

Ni show main kat tempat aerospace. Korang paham la tempat aerospace tu size cammana.

Tak logik kalau tempat besar gitu dorang tak maximize penjualan tiket.

Jadi teori aku, cam iron maiden jugak walaupun iron maiden ialah kat tempat indoor stadium ngan confirmed maximum crowd number, ( tu pun dorang bukak seats tepi jadi standing area luas giler).

Kalau ramai beli Cat A, kurang beli Cat B, dorang cuma nak alihkan kebelakang je pe fencing tuk segregate different Cats.

ni aku puji, LAMC dah carefully planned it out.

Come on!! maybe Metallica is the most popular act in the heavy rock/metal world because of their crossover crowds thru all music genres...

***  But, its not as if Iron Maiden is coming...when this passion creeps into your real world, you are panicking, you are thinking of how to buy the front portion tickets for your love ones...because you want to SHARE WHAT MAIDEN MEANS TO YOU..
and its all messy as it creeps into your real world..

its just Metallica... and its just a nostalgic act where I will dont know what to do when they play songs from LULU, DEATH MAGNETIC or ST ANGER or many songs from LOAD RELOAD.

jadi....cerita nya.....aku tadi tepon Sistic

so dah settle semua aku borak2 ngan sistic staff tu la yang layan aku.

aku- So how miss? got sell a lot or not metalika this morning?
staff - ya, people are buying it ( tapi suara takde la cam excited gitu ).

aku - so still a lot of tickets right? no need to panic right?
staff - yes, lots more.

Ni macam Iron Maiden datang, lepas tu diiklan - Iron Maiden sold out 50,000 Friends Arena Stockholm Sweden in one day!!!.
Hurry Hurry!!

lain tempat lain belalang

ANYWAY.... Tadi aku tepon kawan aku, dia sudah kecoh dia cakap apsal dia dapat tahu tiket FRONT ialah 248 bukan 188 ketul.
So adakah tu dia tengok tu harga lain kali?

Siol nye kawan aku dah kasi aku cuak " EH!!! KAU DAH SALAH BELI LA, tiket paling depan harga lagi mahal dari 188 la !!! "

hahaha.... aku cakap tak pe lah...  hahaha....  Siot betul... hari jemaat nak kasi aku maki kan!!

Apa pun anggap je la nak gi tengok Metallica ni macam surf internet... Kalau takde line internet, tangan gigil kan??
tapi masih alrite kan??

hah...cam gitu la hahah.

metallica , death dealer , iron maiden fc mag 95

3 short things on
- Metallica live in Singapore 24th August 2013
- Death Dealer (Ross The Boss share guitar duties) nice package which comes with their cd
- Iron Maiden Fan Club Magazine number 95

ok Metallica, aku tahu mula2 dari sms, so cam biasa dah berapa tahun khabar angin Metallica nak datang so aku buat bodoh tapi dah siap date dan lokasi , hah boleh percaya kot haha.

"LOKASI!!"
Ni yang berapa benda aku fikir, bila aku tahu ni show memang confirm bukan kabar angin.
pertama - malas nya aku nak jalan kaki!!!..Changi Exhibition Center ni tempat selalu buat aerospace tu.
kedua - pentas dalam dewan hangar atau luar kat tarmac gitu....? so aku rasa ni kat luar kot..aku tak rasa dorang main 'in the middle' kot.
Sapa pernah gi aerospace tahu la bila hari2 yang open tu public, siap kena ada tiket advance nak gi tempat ni kena naik bas khas dari Pasir Ris Interchange, semua part of the package.
Rasanya semua maklum dan memang tahu ni tempat PUBLIC TRANSPORT jauh nak kena bertapak, pasal ni memang tempat jin-bertendang dan untuk acara tertetu aje. Tapi ni aku baru tahu Laureta Alabon and gang tu ada siapkan perkhidmatan bas khas untuk Metallica harga 5 ketul, cuma belum bilang jumpa kat interchange mana.
ketiga - Ok cakap pasal harga, apa aku tahu harga tiket 188 ketul dan 148 ketul.
I wish they had followed Slayer's ticketing system dulu, tiga price range...contoh why not $240/$140/$70??? or something like that...buat 3 layer bukan 2 layer.

Kalau depan $333 pun buat pit, panggil Diamond Pit Ticket ke hapa ke, aku rasa tentu ramai peminat hardcore Metallica sanggup.
Harga tiket mahal tu boleh imbangi harga tiket murah jadi semua peminat dapat rasa dari seluruh rantau South East Asia ni...
Tapi mungkin belum announce tapi Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Manila pun mungkin Metallica datang jugak Ogos ni cuma belum umum rasmi je? jadi ok la sapa nak gi tengok
mudah, tapi pengalaman aku jumpa peminat2 Maiden Jerman kat Frankfurt, mak ai, dari Stuttgart, ada driving 300km gi Frankfurt, macam2 la, biasa la German kan negara besar giler...walau ada 5,6 show merata Jerman tapi Frankfurt jugak dorang nak pegi, ni bukan yang jenis giler2 nye, kalau giler2 nye satu Jerman kot dorang round haha.

kelima - Aku teringin nak gi Metallica ni, kira FOR OLD TIME SAKE bukan pasal aku tergila2 sangat ngan era sekarang mereka.
Aku last beli kaset Metallica ialah Black Album. Bila aku upgrade cd, aku upgrade sampai ...AJFA. eh? tak silap ...AJFA tu aku dapat free dari satu peminat Maiden kat Amerika, dia hadiahkan aku versi Jepun ada lagu The Prince tak salah.
Eh? aku ada beli double cd dorang yang semua lagu2 cover version tu apa tu...garage days ke hapa tu, tu alrite tu.
Unload!, Reload!,  cehhh - Reservist sey..
ok, ni aku tahu ada berapa lagu gerek ok.... lagu Avril Lavigne tu sedap laju, memory remains, Bleeding Me...hah..!! Bleeding Me memang giler nye aku terkejut bila first dengar pasal aku dengar live version, dalam hati aku cakap Metallica masih alrite.
St Anger? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Lulu??? Terbaik dari ladang...bukan sebarang ladang tapi ladang Indon yang kena bakar jerebu tu. Siot je eh aku kutuk2 Metalika nye Lulu.
Death Magnetic?? errrrr....aku tahu ada instrumental kat album ni sedap pasal ada satu brader melayu pernah passing aku semua empat malam show Metallica nye official soundboard release tu yang anniversary dorang tu, aku tahu ada satu instrumental sedap dari Death Magnetic.

So?? Should I go out and purchase Load, Reload, St Anger, Death Magnetic and give them a listen? So I wont be like lost when Metallica play songs from these albums??
No!!... haha.

keenam - Ooo what should I wear? kawan aku dah sound aku amacam pakai tshirt Belinda Carlise. seriously....
ketujuh - aku tak pernah tengok Metallica, dulu dorang datang gigit jari je, tu jam sekolah, harga tiket paling murah 50 ketul tak salah, dengar je la dari budak2 melayu lain pengalaman tengok Metallica...
aku masih ingat dua benda

Moving on...
Just check out these Death Dealer packaging that comes with the cd.
Posters, autographs, stickers, picks, a very nice patch, stories, drawings, whats whats and not forgetting the cd on a digipak which also includes another booklet inside haha..

I HAD LISTEN TO IT TWICE ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND WALKING,
and it fucking rocks!!!!
definitely metal, lots of solos and its nice to hear Ross The Boss with another lead guitarist, nice songs kind of trashy power metal, awesome singer.
Maybe next time I'll write a review of what I think of Death Dealer Warmaster.

Moving on... Iron Maiden Fan Club Magazine 95 has arrived....

Just browse thru.......Clive Burr and Steve Gadd passing is mentioned and tribute articles written in their honour...
Love this Nicko McBrain piece on his relationship with Clive Burr thru the years, the drummer he replaced during those difficult moments back then.

More of all these next time if I got the time...

Download Festival 2013 in photos and my stories (part 2/2)

This will be a messy post with a lot of photos.

When many people are still sleeping, or just waking up having breakfast,
I was having breakfast at DownloadFestival itself waiting for opening band of Main Stage at 11am.

Second day of Download    Festival Saturday, and I was there when gate opens, because there are a few bands I really want to see and UFO is one of them. Phil Mogg says "morning" and UFO was great and the  two new songs they play were awesome. I think I want to check   out their latest cd. They play all their famous songs too, Lights Out, Love To Love etc etc but the new song Burn Your House Down was the outstanding one for me... Vinnie Moore has nice solos on this song that I like.

RAINING INTERMITENTLY ON SECOND DAY...
During Black Star Riders...who kind of alternates Thin Lizzy songs with their new album songs, and Scott Gorham was there and its nice to see Scott Gorham playing and I was hoping for Massacre but its not played, Whiskey  In The Jar....is of course played.

Will METALLICA play this song in Singapore this August? Why not? haha.... Happening song all the time.
And its raining for a while during Mastodon... Dont know them much but I would like to check them out more now...now I got the idea of how they are live. Although seeing them in the rain at a huge muddy festival with the strong cold winds really spoils the sound is not the most appropriate.

SOUND???, lets take when Iron Maiden plays, I was quite in front so I have no complaints but there are about at least 90,000 watching Maiden, the wind is so strong, and I think the complaints are there of lost and dissapointing sound by Maiden, but its a festival and there are so many people there for Maiden.
I you guys listen to the Iron Maiden Download Festival 2013 bootleg which is easily available now, you can  hear how strong the wind is throughout the show...its a nice bootleg anyway.
But my location, I was quite near front on the the left, I have no problem, though I wish it was LOUDER haha.
The SPITFIRE FLYPAST is really something... They got a historical legendary plane to fly on time, at low height, and must have a lot of coordination with the commerical airport besides Donington Park. This is when Maiden plays, so you can imagine how 90,000 cramping on a muddy field, I was showing this photo to my friend, and he was asking..." The black is human beings, but is the brown all mud???? haha.
I try to squeeze myself thru one hour before Maiden starts playing after QOSA stops playing, but there are thousands and thousands of Maiden fans thinking te same thing.

and this is not a photo that  I took but this photo is I had taken of the Iron Maiden FC forum, I guess the owner wont mind, its kind of a tribute and remembrance for the two fans who died in 1988. It is made and put in place at Download Festival by a few Maiden fans. I think this is something special done here.

I am tired.... so enjoy the rest of the photos....
THE WEATHER, cloudy , sunshine, Rain, strong cold winds..all mixed up every hour.
- the different stages, there are about 5.
- some bands that I try to see... Volbeat, 3 Doors Down, Mastodon, Motorhead, Alice In Chains, Idiom ( which did not dissapoint me ), HIM ( I dont really understand this band ) Converge, Maiden of course etc etc
I miss Europe, and Dragonforce, I was too lazy and tired to come early on the first day...
I HEAR FINAL COUNTDOWN THOUGH, I was still far away walking but the wind carries the song to me.

The 3rd from last photo, this is when Slipknot plays when they headline Friday...
so give you an idea of the crowd. But I think Slipknot plays to a much lesser people than Maiden Saturday, in fact Saturday was a sold out, all day tickets were sold out for Saturday....so maybe more than 100,000 was there Saturday.

Next and coming soon.

Bon Jovi @Villa Park Birmingham 9 June 2013 review - my maiden europe 2013 day 1

Masa aku balik kerja tadi aku dengar balik bootleg aku rakam masa tengok Bon Jovi, so aku rasa aku lompat cerita pasal ni show dulu la...
Pertama sekali opening band petang tu ada dua, band nombor dua THE ENEMY best giler.
Aku tak suka sangat label genre2 gini pasal cam puaka kadang2 pasal macam aku selalu cakap muzik best boleh dapat kat mana2. Dari Kenny G ke Punk khianat. Kalo kita dah taksub satu genre tu, belum apa2 kita dah kondem muzik genre lain...siap kutuk2 peminat2 muzik genre berlainan tu, pada aku rugi la kan kita miss good muzik.
The Enemy ni band indie rock gitu katanya, Indie ke, Indian ke, Red Indian ke, lantak la, janji pada aku dorang The Enemy ni gerek abis masa aku tengok dorang main live.
Dorang start main, aku dengar sikit je terus aku keluar handphone rakam sikit. Aku ada taruk dalam youtube channel aku, hidup dorang live, 3 piece je. Terbaik. Dari sorang je crew dorang soundcek lepas 1st band main, dah memang mata melekat la tengok stage. Anticipation.

OK, masa aku gi backpacking ni, aku dah plan macam gini...
- Tengok Bon Jovi, aku nak enjoy, happy2 goyang2, singalong confirm kebanyakkan lagu aku akan boleh ingat balik liriks tak jadi hal, tapi since aku nak bootleg so aku singalong tapi tak tak keluar suara la haha.
- Tengok Maiden malam pertama kat Frankfurt aku nak Giler Babi "goes f^cking mental" sehadapan dan tengah yang boleh. Nasib baik aku tak cedera, nanti la aku cerita.
- Tengok Maiden malam kedua, aku nak diri belakang sikit, aku nak tengok Maiden main, aku nak tengok stage show dan semua special effect bunga api, pyro, stage lights dorang, dan aku nak DENGAR dorang sebijik2.
- Tengok Download Festival nye bands aku nak relaks2 dan absorb atmosphere.

This is the setlist for Bon Jovi - Birmingham Villa Park 9th June 2013
...27 mostly stupendous songs that I had always like...they play near to 3 hours mark.

1. thats what the water made me
2. you give love a bad name
3. born to be my baby
4. raised your hands
5. lost highway
6. runaway
7. its my life
8. because we can
9. what about now
10. we got it going on
11. keep the faith
12. amen
13. bed of roses
14. captain crash and the beauty queen from mars
15. we werent born to follow
16. who says you cant go home
17. rocking all over the world
18. i'll sleep when i'm dead
19. bad medicine/old time rock n roll/bad medicine
encore 1
20. dry county
21. wanted dead or alive
22. in these arms
23. happy now
24. have a nice day
25. livin on a prayer
encore 2
26. always
27. blood on blood

- What is the attraction of Bon Jovi after all these years? about 30 years now this band is around?
- When I reach Villa Park, thousands and thousands, easily 35,000? or much much more? The pitch standing tickets are definitely full house, and the stands, are packed as well.
- People of all ages, of all walks of life I believe, the very young to the very old, all dressed differently, I see a guy wearing a fanclub tshirt of Iron Maiden haha.
- When Bon Jovi starts the whole place just erupt.
- I guess I am standing at the right place with the right people, at the start one guy was taking out his handphone to record and he was asked by one of the people around him to put it away.
Seems like JUST ENJOY THE BLOODY SHOW!!! fuckcare all the handphones and video recordings..and dont obstruct people who WANTS TO SEE THE SHOW ON STAGE WITH THEIR EYES.
- Everyone was like dancing and moving and singing along on the spot haha.
- The stage was like from one corner flag of Villa Park to the other corner flag...Its huge. The car stage really works to show sort of like travels, and with all the effects and lights and colour, its a sight to behold.
- Phil X seems I hear Jon Bon Jovi call him sounds like "felix" was the Ritchie Sambora's replacement. He starts his lead guitars and solos from 3rd song onwards. He is very alive onstage.
- The live 2nd guitarist that Bon Jovi always use is as usual low-profile but he solos on 1st two songs, and some other songs.
- Tico Torres and Dave Bryan is there and quite often appears on the jumbo screens.
- I dont how to describe song after song of wonderfulness and happiness haha.
Raise Your Hands! ooooooohhhh myyyyy.....
Ok some albums of Bon Jovi I dont really like, but nobodys perfect, and even one or two songs I dont care much for, the people around me were singing word by word haha.
- Keep The Faith ending has Dave Bryan and the two guitarists soloing in and out of each other.
- Bad Medicine was like...ok....15 minutes? haha.. and includes " I am not handsome like Justin Bieber (cue HAHAHAAHHAAHAHA!!!), I cannot dance like Justin Timberlake ( cue BOOOO!!!!!) haha.
- Amen. Most most unexpected song of the night, the two guitarists on accoustic.
- Encore starts with Dry County. Most emotional, roller coaster and deep song. Its a wonder November Rain was such a huge hit on the radio and all over the world, unfortunately Dry County, a similar long song aint,
but nevermind, I think most Bon Jovi fans rated this song highly, and around me even ladies are mouthing this song " Now the moneys gone, all the jobs are gone". I guess November Rain is a love song, while Dry County is a depressing song about life, and death and all the hardship in between.
- Livin On A Prayer we got the two versions, the first portion of the accoustic version and then the full original version, ooo I thought the ending chorus stops after two rounds, but Jon was urging the crowd to keep on singing so we got four rounds till band stops playing. I dont mind if it goes to 10, cause I like it haha.
- Jon was very kind, so Bon Jovi plays two more songs...Always is like a monster hit? I know this song is popular but I didnt know its like 'all goes crazy for the song' popular.
- Yaaaa!!! They play Blood On Blood. Jon should have change the lyrics that night to " and me, I'm just the singer in the world's favourite rock n roll band" haha.
- ok ok, I dont get to see them play Someday I'll Be Saturday Night haha. and of course Good Guys DOnt Always Wear White, the rest of the songs from Slippery When Wet, New Jersey, no Superman Tonight, NO SAVE THE WORLD??!! haha...no Undivided, no so many songs....
ok ok, I know its impossible but 27 songs and most of them are BLOCKBUSTER SONGS (AT LEAST TO ME)....3 hours...
Astounding.
- ok the merchandise stands do have some nice tour tshirts, but I was saving money for Iron Maiden "dated ones" ones, so I cannot buy even one haha. But I did bought the tour program. Maybe I'll take photos of it and paste it in this blog next time.

Now some photos...

Wait I will write and put up photos of Birmingham city, the short time that I am there....
I think I am there for less than 24 hours, But I managed to jalan-jalan a bit...
and the delicious food... I ate Beryani there haha.

Download Festival 2013 in photos and my stories (part 1/2)

I paste some photos I took here.. and just short notes to accompany them..
I'll just split them up to two postings, the second postings more on the bands I see, the different stages, the food, the camps...
This one, I'll talk a bit about the journey..., the long walks, some basic facilities, etc..

ok if you're camping, what I noticed from travellers, and seems they talk in all kind of languages so I pressume they are from all of Europe and South America,
they all took the train with me, but they alight at East Midlands station which is about 2 stations before Derby.
There is buses to bring you from that train station to the camping site of Donington Park.
So if you are intending to camp at the Donington Park Download Festival campsite, then you should alight at East Midlands Station.

In fact, Download Festival is well facilitated that there are continuous broadcast on the train to inform about which stations are best to alight for campers to Download Festival.

As for me I alight at Derby, as I decide to stay at Derby city. So I take the special buses like above two photos showing fans going to Download and also how the ticket looks like for the bus trip to and fro Derby to Donington Park. The buses can be found across the bridge from the railway station. Its quite a distance to walk if you decide to stay at the city centre of Derby and not taking the public bus to the railway station.

I am sorry if I got the spellings names wrong, ok once you reach the bus area for Donington Park there are a lot of bus services there serving rock fans to other areas not on Derby, I think places like Louborough or something.... and there are taxis...or you can always go out to Derby first before changing to trains. Not a problem really, the logistics are great its just that with 100,000 fans, many camping at the huge campsites, many using own vehicles at the huge carparks, and others taking public transport, you just have to be patient. Don't worry, even at night at the end of the last band playing, with all the crowd queuing up to take buses to different part of midlands, you just have to be patient as long as you are on the Derby queue.
But its tiring...

I think this is the small town/village of Castle Donington on the way....very very beautiful place.

I think there are also a number of lodging or backpackers place you can find here.
The time taken is about an hour if its heavy traffic, the walking time from the bus stand to the actual entry place is far, maybe a km or more? But you need to walk a lot at this festival because its so huge.

So you walk and walk....and walk...and walk...

Toilets is most important for me haha... So dont worry lots of portable toilets, you just have to be patient...
Lots of them...everywhere really, so no complains...
I think the ones at the camping areas even got those paying ones, more exclusive haha.

next,
this festival is unique because Clashes between bands happen most times...
That is why I MISS THUNDER BECAUSE THEY CLASH WITH MOTORHEAD... sigh!!
But maybe you really dont find any band interesting, you already eaten and drink and so you can join in the fun provided. You have sort of the merry-go-rounds, and you have the rapelling ones from one tower to another which looks fun, especially if they got stuck halfway and some guys start throwing bottles at them, but I think nowadays all beer bottles are plastic ones....

and you have the death-defying action packed fair attractions if you want haha.

one thing I really respect about the organisation of this festival is the facilities it prepares for rock fans who are handicapped in one way or another. You have viewing ramps etc.
So its common to see fans in wheelchairs ( manual or electric ones), blind fans , fans incrutches...

Basically I think even stage 3 inside the tents have this facilities. This is one facing the main stage.

So I just sit down on the (WET) grass, but its common to see people carrying those tiny portable easyto carry chairs.

I think I stop now...to be continued dont know when haha.. maybe this weekend...

Oooo tshirts......Maiden ones of course takes centerstage, but I think you can find tshirts from other bands, there is the Download official tshirts merchandise which is nice, but....once I realised Maiden got an event tshirt specially for Donington Park 2013 Download Festival...
you guys know where that British pounds go to haha.

Anyway, I took some very short videos to for my own memories of Download Festival 2013especially since I was a school boy I always wants to see Maiden headline Donington Park in front of their own countrymen... in this most legendary of places in the history of rock music..

So I think I upload about 15 of them to my YOUTUBE channel...just in case...
I'll talk about the bands next time if I got the chance...

One thing was, I was hearing from some guys during Download  about what happen in 2011 or was it 2010?
Seems when ACDC headline here, they got their own stage. I mean literally they got their own STAGE!!. and that is why? maybe their name is not on that years tshirt??
When I was there then I really understand it......ACDC got their own stage , solely for them haha.
Now that is ACDC haha.... But the area is so huge... I think Bon Jovi can fit their stage no problem...
Imagine a football stadium, Bon Jovi stage was like from one corner flag to the other.
I saw them at Villa Park, and I was like....AWESOME GILER!!!!

TO be continued.

ooo these are the videos...

bandar DERBY- my maiden europe 2013 Day 7

Bandar Derby sangat cantik, mendung je, sejuk giler, bila angin bertiup rasa sampai kat tulang, kejap2 hujan gerimis. Naik keretapi dalam 3 jam gitu dari London.

Derby is beautiful. The city, the people, easily available HALAL FOOD even after midnight, and I think it has a lot of natural attractions surounding the city.
Also Derby is home of the famous football club (I passed the stadium on the way to Donington Park and its very nice from the outside), and also is an industrial place.
The local newspaper for Derby highlights news about job importance and job security for the area and its people, and also carries news on the Donington Park Download Festival. If you guys are going to Donington Park to see your favourite band/bands playing there, do visit Derby.

These are some photos I took of the Derby city area and its surrounding. From the railway station, the buses that lead to the city center if you dont want to walk. Walking is about a mile, about 5 minutes walk to the city.
If you notice on one of the railway station photo you will see a bridge, and that bridge is multipurpose, it serves the train passengers, it also is used as a bridge leading to Pride Park the football stadium, and if you see at the distance the double decker buses, those buses bring you to Download Festival Donington Park.

Of course I will talk about FOOD....in a special post next time, if I got opportunity...

Anyway, the price I have to pay for the train ride to and fro from St Pancras London to Derby is 91 pounds, I dont know why its expensive compared to train ride to and fro Euston London to Birmingham about 40 pounds...
But the train ride is very beautiful with scenery of the countryside and all the animals etc etc...

ok next time I try to put more photos of the Download Festival atmosphere..the surroundings that I took photos of....

Anyway this is the tshirt Merchandise stall, there are a few....this is one of them...

And when IRON MAIDEN plays....
this is how the crowd looks like...... this is a Helicopter shot.
Maybe 92,000 is there....?
But of course there will be a few thousands who either hate Maiden, cant be bothered, or rather go home, go back to their camps or go to the fairground or having dinner at the stalls...
but still I think maybe 90,000 watch Maiden, should be around there...

MACAM SEMUT? LALAT? LEBAH???

to be continued.....

Anyway, I start to upload some short video clips of things I find interesting during the Download Festival on my youtube channel if anyone is interested.
Two Motorhead moments short clips - Some guys starting a mosh pit in the mud - At the side, and I thought I want to stand in a calm relaxed area haha.
And of course I always like " We Are Motorhead, and We Play Rock N Roll!!" intro...
so I got my handphone ready to record that moment haha.
Korang boleh nampak satu mamat dah start lempar air beer kat orang lain randomly...
Macam siol haha...Nanti start la dorang, cam siak kan beli mahal2 minum sikit baling2 kat orang, tengok la sapa kena nasib.

And ooo a nice sentimental song by 3 Doors Down. I like this song... Here Without You.
Hahaa..   This band plays after Volbeat at 2nd stage.
Volbeat is already good and with the Anthrax lead guitarist, I think they are an entertaining live band and love their moment to pay tribute to Jeff Hanneman.
And 3 Doors Down, suddenly starts Symphony Of Destruction haha.
Its fun this festival with lots of styles of rock music.

And nope I decide not to camp, I bought the ticket which includes camping, but its definitely better I dont...

anyway, check out the mud...it was then a sunny moment....
