Ni post syok sendiri, MERAPU PANJANG2 main type je lepas tu dah nak post, rasa REGRET pasal merapu panjang2 haha, dan mungkin ada find it interesting, ada find it sebagai sharing possible beneficial information.

Seminggu lebih tak buat blog..
Seminggu lebih ni aku kejap2 masuk tenet, kejap2 masuk tenet kat mana2 aku berada - kat rumah, kat bas, dalam tren, curik2 tengok tenet kat kerja....haha.

Pasal aku suka baca segala gossip2 dan speku peminat2 muzik rock kat tenet pasal tahun 2016.
- Tahun depan 2016 kat porum2 dan discussion boards Iron Maiden memang kecoh la peminat2 satu dunia speku, gossip, KOMPLAIN, MENGELUH, KOMPLAIN LAGI, MENGELUH LAGI, MENGOMEL,  macam biasa manusia mana pernah puas hati.
- Dan jugak aku suka baca speku2 dan gossip2 peminat2 UK (pasal dorang bincang bahasa Inggeris) pasal festival2 muzik rock untuk 2016 kat beberapa website menarik pasal peminat2 berbincang gossip2...

So aku pun nak kasi aku punye gossip2 dan speku aku kat blog ni jugak...

Jauh dalam lubuk hati aku, aku bertekad nak cuba backpack untuk tengok Maiden tahun depan.
Segala duniawi hiburan peribadi aku semua aku dah stop dan kurangkan sedaya upaya. Aku dah start ikat perut. Cuma tengok Wings 30 tahun je. Tu pun Wings 30 tahun tu hari aku kerja maklum waktu ni rezeki aku ialah sebagai pekerja shift. Tapi rasa aku nak kena ambik leave la kot sabtu minggu haha. Hari Sabtu hari kerja aku so aku dah kena ambik leave sehari, abis tu, aku kerja pagi siot hari Ahad. Mana sempat kan nak naik bas ekrpess haha.

Kira sesuai la aku dengan lagu Wings - Peminat Rock N Roll Band? haha, ala lagu kat Bazooka Penaka haha.

So balik kepada tujuan post, aku dah senarai antara dua..
1) Backpack mungkin sekurang2 nye tiga bandar berlainan seluruh Australia tengok Iron Maiden main, pasal ni paling murah pada aku untuk backpacking - ni aku dah kira budget aku akan gunakan, dan aku akan cuba cuma tidur kat airport untuk malam pertama setiap kali aku sampai kat lain2 bandar HAHAHA. Keyword nye - Travel backpack sorang2 nak tengok Iron Maiden main kenalah pandai ikat perut berkorban apa sahaja. 
Nak naik bas dari satu tempat gi satu tempat lepas tu tidur dalam bas aku dah consider, tapi tak mau la, sana lompat2 bandar pakai flight aku lagi banyak masa ronda2 siang hari tengok tempat orang haha.

Korang jangan lahar aku ok? atau kutuk aku sembunyik2 tidur2 kat airport la ikat perut la backpacking sorang2 gini...
apa nak buat? dah minat nak tengok band kesukaan aku main live, aku kena berkorban macam2 haha.


atau pasal aku dah start plan sekarang, mungkin boleh saving giler babi, dan semoga adalah rezeki lagi bekerja...
2) pergi satu festival muzik rock "tiga hari tiga malam non-stop pentas banyak2" kat Eropah dengan band2 rock aku minat dan semestinye yang mesti ada Maiden headline.'
Aku takde budget dan takde masa nak travel berapa tempat di Eropah tengok hanya Maiden main secara sendiri walau tu yang paling GEREK pasal fans 100% fans dorang dan tempat macam indoor arena atau indoor stadium lagi selesa dan sesuai dari tempat2 berlumpur festival2 rock gini.

So terimalah perbincang ilmiah, gossip dan speku aku baca, dan aku nak kongsi...
aku jugak cerita dan kongsi cita2 Mat Jenin aku, dan kenapa aku rasa macam ada peluang aku sampai ke suatu tempat dan kenapa rasa aku cuma gigit jari je,
dan jugak kenapa 2016 ni akan menjadi tahun untuk MERAIKAN BUAT KALI TERAKHIR berapa band rock yang akan berkubur karier mereka yang menghiburkan kita sepanjang hidup kita.....

Aku nak cakap sikit pasal Hellfest, nampaknye Hellfest dah nak jadi macam Wacken, bands belum announce, tiket dah nak abis. Jadi memang lawak la semalam diumumkan Iron Maiden headline salah satu hari Wacken pasal aku rasa dah takde tiket.
Hellfest belum umum apa2 tau, tapi aku baca kat porum2 tiket laris giler.

Aku takkan pergi lagi la Hellfest, tapi sapa tahu? Kalau Depeche Mode headline Hellfest.

Bayangkan!!! Depeche Mode headline Hellfest. Pukul abis suasana.

OK tapi aku baru tahu sesuatu aku tak tahu sebelumnye...
Korang pernah dengar GRASSPOP METAL MEETING kan? 2016 senarai dah keluar memang dahsyat giler band2 ambik bahagian...

Korang tahu tak sebenarnye GRASSPOP ni kat negara BELGIUM kan? Tapi... festival ni lagi dekat dengan kota Paris dari Hellfest walau Hellfest dalam negara Peranchis.

Aku baru tahu...

Tapi tu hari aku ada research jugak la, sapa tahu aku nak backpack sorang2 gi GMM lain kali, aku baca ada peminat gi sana cakap takde bas awam balik bandar berdekatan lepas last band.

HAHA, terus kensel la aku nak research lebih sikit.. pasal konfem aku tak mau camping sorang2 haha.

OK Bloodstock,

Bloodstock memang dari segi tempat dan logistik aku rasa sesuai nak backpack sorang2 bawak diri gitu... - kat rantau Derbyshire UK, dengan semua cakap Inggeris, dengan festival rock yang boleh cakap Saiz dia kecik la, aku rasa Bloodstock berapa ribu? 20,000 gitu kot maximum? Hellfest 45,000 ok setiap hari tahun aku pergi. Kira tak besar sangat la kot ye tak? Soundwave Australia kalau Brisbane gitu dah 40,000 gitu la aku pergi 2011 dulu...
Balik kepada Bloodstock, dengan band2 ambik bahagian semua terbaik la kan..
tapi rasanya dorang belum sampai tahap boleh bayar Iron Maiden, jadi walau aku teringin nak rasa Bloodstock, tapi tak la pasal tarikan mutlak takde, tapi Hellfest pun memula takde duit kan?
Cita2 organiser Hellfest satu je.. aku baca interview, satu hari nanti dapat bayar Iron Maiden main, dan 2013 dorang dah berjaya...

Cuma tahun 2016, BLOODSTOCK dapat pikat exclusive yang rasanya antara paling rock la kan? TWISTED SISTER, konsert terakhir di UK.
Cam korang tahu drummer dorang dah takde, so Twisted Sister akan tamat tahun depan.

Lagi satu band akan tamat tahun depan ialah Black Sabbath yang dianggotai Ozzy/Iommi/Geezer Butler.
Serious berbual, aku dapat tengok tiga line up Black Sabbath, dua main di Singapura, dan satu di Hellfest.
- Iommi/Bobby Rodinelli/Neil Murray/Tony Martin
- Iommi/Gezer Butler/Vinie Appice/ Ronnie James Dio
dan
- Iommi/Ozzy/Geezer Butler/ dan drummer Sharon Osbourne ke hapa la..

paling kurang sekali la, lineup ada Ozzy tu...

TAPI AKU ADA SATU CITA2 dalam hidup kalau berkenaan dengan Black Sabbath line up Ozzy ni.

Aku nak tengok Black Sabbath main kat Birmingham. Depan peminat2 Birmingham mereka. TENTU SEMUA TAHU BIRMINGHAM LA TEMPAT LAHIRNYE.....
Led Zeppelin/Black Sabbath/Judas Priest dan apa lagi la muzik2 rock ni semua....

Aku pernah backpack tengok band rock main kat Birmingham, tapi Bon Jovi. HAHAHA... Antara paling sweet memory la, 3 jam lebih ok Bon Jovi main kat stadium bola Aston Villa....

So aku tahu, adalah satu kerja bodoh untuk aku backpack gi Birmingham (tempat lahirnye muzik rock - Black Sabbath/Led Zeppelin sebagainye) untuk tengok Sharon Osbourne's Black Sabbath main,

tapi sekarang desas desus cakap Black Sabbath akan headline salah satu hari kat Donington Download Festival 2016, jadi Donington Park ialah 50KM aje dari bandar Birmingham...
dan kalau korang baca sejarah pertama sekali Monsters of Rock Festival 1980, promoter zaman tu pilih Donington ialah pasal lokasi nye ialah MIDLANDS UK.

Itulah jantung muzik rock dan heavy metal seluruh dunia dan pada aku walau cammana pun muzik rock dah berkembang satu dunia, dengan peminat2 South America dah naikkan tahap muzik rock ke tahap fanatik dengan video2 kita tengok...

tapi tetap...pada aku jantung muzik yang aku minat tetap masih Donington, lagipun dorang ikut peredaran zaman dan kena terima muzik rock dah berubah ikut selera generasi teenagers sekarang.

Jadi, kalau betul gossip2 mengatakan Iron Maiden dan Black Sabbath akan headline Download Festival 2016 dan kalau betul dikatakan, Ritchie Blackmore nye gossip akan main rock dengan band pilihan dia dan latest rumours ialah Ritchie Blackmore akan pakai balik nama RAINBOW dan bukan Ritchie Blackmore & Friends...

aku rasa aku akan cuba carik jalan nak gi Download Festival 2016.

Lepas tu pulak, ada gossip liar cakap ACDC adalah antara band untuk Donington tahun depan, dan sama macam Twisted Sister, gossip mengatakan ni ialah show paling terakhir di UK.
Pasal apa aku tahu, penyanyi ACDC rasa dia dah tak boleh perform dengan baik setiap malam kat tour sekarang dorang apa tu Rock Or Bust ke hapa tu....

Lepas tu lagi mengujakan aku,
promoter Download tak tolak andaian dia akan buat konsep Monsters Of Rock untuk salah satu hari kat festival Download nanti.

Aku tahu Rainbow tak cukup besar untuk headline main-stage, tapi dorang boleh main sebelum headliner main, dan lagi best dorang headline 2nd stage waktu band2 aku tak minat main kat main stage haha.

Jadi tu la, kalau ada Iron Maiden dan Rainbow dan pasal aku memang ada cita2 Mat Jenin nak tengok Black Sabbath main kat Birmingham (dan Donington Park cuma 50KM jarak dengan bandar Birmingham) dan ni semua band2 main depan peminat2 British mereka...

aku rasa la... ni la target aku untuk 2016. Korang jangan lahar aku Yo-Yo-Oh la, apa la, ni la minat aku.... dan aku mula2 speku kali terakhir Twisted Sister main di UK sebelum berpecah ialah Donington 2016, tapi ni dah konfem pihak Bloodstock Festival yang dapat tandatangan Twisted Sister untuk aksi kali terakhir mereka.


Aku masa kecik2 dulu, aku kagum dengan Rainbow.....

Aku kagum dengan kaset bootleg Rainbow jadi headliner kali pertama dalam sejarah Donington Park jadi tempat paling rock dalam dunia kat festival Monsters Of Rock pertama..

dan aku tak tahu apa perasaan aku kalau dapat tengok Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow beraksi untuk paling kali terakhir dalam sejarah main kat Donington Park.

Cuma aku tahu, 2016 ni kalau aku dapat tengok Iron Maiden main live, kat mana sahaja pun,
dan kalau dorang main The Red & The Black,
aku rasa aku mesti nangis air mata keluar macam air-terjun part instrumental lagu tu... indah sungguh pada aku.

Jadi tu la, 2016 akan jadi tahun istimewa dan jugak tahun sedih dengan band2 aku minat dari kecik semua buat salam terakhir........

dan aku tak tolak andaian mungkin Iron Maiden pun sama.


OK aku nak share kat korang la, satu video yang aku paling suka tengok kalau aku nak layan Black Sabbath yang dianggotai semua asli nye anggota...
Toni Iommi/Geezer Butler/Bill Wards dan aku rasa kesian pulak ni dorang dah sampai penghujung pun masih tak boleh tolak ansur pasal duit bayaran, bayar je la Bill Wards lepas tu standby kalau kata dia tak boleh handle pakai substitute drummer terang2 Vinnie Appice ye tak? dan jugak of course Ozzy Osbourne.

Ni ialah video masa Black Sabbath tahun 2005 main kat Donington Park, ni padang ni besar giler, jadi memang setiap berapa tahun, dorang alih2 pentas utama, macam sekarang Download Festival dah pakai 5 pentas kot serentak dengan fun-fair semua jadi bayangkan berapa besar kawasan ni dengan siap tempat camping semua...

Tapi ok video ni aku suka, kalau korang tak pernah tengok...

Bermula dengan tunjuk audience, lepas tu boleh nampak kedai2 jual makan, lepas tu boleh dengar atas pentas crew Black Sabbath tengah soundcheck/final checks, lepas tu tunjuk ada berapa kenderaan tengah pergi belakang stage dan rasanya anggota Black Sabbath semua dari changing room tengah pergi belakang stage, lepas tu tunjuk GADUH2 Lempar botol, ni paling lawak ok,dan Ozzy buat cheeleading act dari masa belakang pentas, dan dengan sound Ozzy ada masalah masa start....

Aku harap korang enjoy.... ni la aku punye feberet, kadang2 aku nak enjoy, aku akan mainkan video youtube ni tengok sikit2 hahaha...

Continuation of The Ultimate Savatage Boxset page by page photo, and I will talk cock a bit also.
This time a bit first in English, then in Malay language.

The 9th album, the first after the death of Criss Oliva. Jon Oliva is on his own for the songwritting and most songs he wrote with Paul O'Neil the producer. On this cd inlet, Criss Oliva is credited with TAUNTING COBRAS.

Due to the band members are still in shock over Criss death, Jon Oliva ends up playing all the drums, the bass and rhythm guitars, the keyboards and backing vocals. Seems Paul helps with the guitars. Zakk comes back to do the lead vocals, and Jon Oliva got ALEX SKOLNICK (TESTAMENT) to do the guitar solos. Alex himself becomes a band member of Savatage. Jon himself do the solos for Stare Into The Sun and a few other songs.

The problems is on the credits and sleeves, its not reflected all these. But the Jon Oliva notes on this cd version tells all and the reasons. So enjoy the text. I hope you can read them. Try to enlarge or something or save first and enlarge it yourself or JUST CLICK IT.

Aku paling tak berkenan artwork album ni masa zaman tok kadok dulu..
Aku masih ingat first time aku beli cd ni zaman dulu, tu jam cd ni tak silap aku datang berkembar dengan cd Live In Japan atau Ghost In The Ruins?. Aku dah lupa.
Tak bersemangat gitu haha...

Tapi luar je tak best, dalam best. Entah mana cd tu aku letak, satu nye ni Savatage ni - album2 dorang dalam lain2 cetakan cd semua lain2, tu la aku kasi contoh yang posting bulan lepas tu pasal Edge Of Thorns boxset ni dengan pressing Jepun yang ada extra 2 lagu.

kat sini versi dalam boxset ni gerek la... SUMMER'S RAIN ACOUSTIC dengan BELIEVE ACOUSTIC.
Satu Jon Oliva nyanyi, satu Zachary Stevens nyanyi.

-OK, ni album ni album pertama selepas Criss Oliva terlibat eksiden dan dah takde dah.
-Maka seluruh band terkejut gitu.
-Jon Oliva terus tulis lagu sorang2 dengan Paul O'Neil penerbit dorang. 
-Jon Oliva tulis lagu pakai gitar Criss Oliva. Tu kot lagu2 sedap kat album ni.
-Dia dah buat jadual untuk semua anggota Savatage datang balik studio, tapi pada tarikh hari pertama takde sapa datang. Semua orang masih tengah bersedih.
-Jadi Jon Oliva main semua drums, semua bass, semua keyboards, semua backing vocals, ada berapa lagu dia yang gitar solo, 
-tapi lepas tu pasal dia baik dengan band Testament, jadi dia panggil Alex Skolnick main gitar solo untuk mana2 yang dia tak mampu buat, dan akhirnye si Alex Skolnick ni ambik tempat Criss Oliva.
-Untuk vocals utama, Zachary Stevens datang studio nyanyi semua dan suara dia memang sedap sangat.
-TAPI... dalam sampul album semua tak bilang ni semua terjadi... dan macam biasa ikut dari Edge Of Thorns nye album, Jon Oliva tak diletak sebagai anggota Savatage dan foto2 dia langsung takde kat lineup.
Kat notes Jon Oliva kat versi ada la cerita semua hal sebab musibab.

-Ni jugak zaman masa yang sama dorang dah start main lagi satu band yang akan jadi TSO - TRANS-SIBERIAN-ORCHESTRA.
-Jadi memang Savatage ni banyak serpihan band2 zaman sekarang tapi rasanye asas Savatage tetap teguh dan aku rasa dorang tengah plan nak buat album baru. HORRRAYY!.

Album ni ada lagu Alone You Breathe yang ditulis untuk Criss Oliva, yang ambik sikit2 dari Believe dan When The Crowds Are Gone. Tiga2 lagu ni memang menyentuh hati la kan...

Ni lagu yang sangat gerek bernama CASTLES BURNING. - lagu pasal  Giovanni Falcone, TUAN MAJISTRET KAT ITALI YANG KENA BUNUH DENGAN MAFIA ITALY. TUAN MAJISTRET TU NAK SELAMATKAN NEGARA ITALY DARI PENGARUH MAFIA.

ni ada dua versi, pertama ni versi dalam album ni yang Zachary Stevens nyanyi dan Alex Skolnick ada kat lagu ni.

kat bawah tu versi Jon Oliva main acoustic dan nyanyi berapa tahun lepas dan versi ni kat dalam cd yang mana entah...

tak silap aku ada kot Live In Japan dalam boxset ni hahahaha...

Apa khabar semua?

Nari aku nak cerita dan tunjuk gambar kat korang PASAL MAKAN.

So aku kan, resmi aku, kalau aku nak naik bas ekpress aku akan makan kenyang2, pasal dalam bas ekpress bila aku dah kenyang tambah ngantuk, aku akan membuta the whole journey selalunye.

So either way - aku kalau balik Malaysia, atau balik Singapore, mesti makan kenyang2 sebelum naik bas. Then selalunye aku dapat la tidur 3 Jam gitu hingga sampai destinasi aku.
Sometimes tidur mati ok...tapi dah season kot aku ni regular naik bas ekpress, so boleh tersedar bila dah nak sampai...

Tapi kalau aku balik Malaysia dan nak2 memang lepas aku kerja shift malam, selalunya aku dah la ngantok kan? dan aku pun dah kat Terminal Bas Larkin lepas beli tiket bas ekpress nak naik bas selalunye aku tak terus beli bas yang nak bergerak, aku akan beli ada TIME GAP sikit, jadi aku boleh sempat gi makan, and then run some errands la beli tu beli ni berbelanja sikit
,
so aku memang tukar2 menu la breakfast. Antara yang kadang2 aku tukar menu tu ialah makan Nasi Ambeng kat pusat penjaja bas Larkin yang tingkat tiga tu..

Ni contoh dari dua gerai pusat penjaja yang jualan nasik ambeng, roughly harga nye sekali.

Gerai pertama...

Banyak kan? Hebat ok kalau dah kebulur, dah penat kerja, perut kosong....ngantuk lagik.
Dah macam mentehkedarah gitu kan makan gini pagi2 buta? tapi selalunye aku makan gini pasal aku baru lepas kerja malam pe, kira last kopek nye shift untuk cycle tersebut soo...... kebulur la jawab nye.
From this photo, korang tahu la kan aku ni jenis LAPAR NASIK. Taruk la lauk makanan betapa sedap dari mana2 restoran ke, mana2 chef ke, makanan hebat mee ke, pizza ke, aku tetap carik nasik puteh ngan tak kesah la betapa simple pun lawannye,


Anyway sambung pasal nasik ambeng yang foto ni...
Ada trick dia ok....kena play safe.
So aku rasa PLAY SAFE, suruh gerai nye staff ambikkan aku. Paham? Aku tak scoop sendiri.
They know better kan? pasal Kalau scoop sendiri aku takut harga melambung2 hehehee.
So cam foto atas ni aku cakap aku nak "NASIK AMBENG DAGING".

Aku pernah makan kat satu gerai nasik campur, makcik tu charge aku lebih kot? dia cakap "tadi saya tengok awak ambik lauk lebih". Ye eleh.. kira kalau aku terscoop apa lauk dua sudu ke hapa ke dia charge lebih? SEKALI JE AKU MAKAN KAT KEDAI MAKCIK NAK CEPAT KAYA TU!! haha.
Eh Eh, ni kedai lain ok, bukan kedai atas.

So dari foto atas tu, akan dapat, nasik, ikan kering, rendang daging, sambal goreng/soo hoon gitu, dan mee goreng yang very spicy gitu untuk lawankan ngan nasik putih.
Harga about 5RM.

So macam foto atas aku mintak tambah bagedel and tempeh.
So its about 6.50-7RM.

Korang jangan quote aku ok?? Ye la orang meniaga mana ada harga constant sangat kan? So maybe bila korang makan lebih murah atau lebih mahal.

Tapi aku serious cakap meal atas ni...kekenyangan.


OK Gerai kedua. Ni kat belakang...

Yang ni confirm tak boleh ambik sendiri, pasal lauk2 dorang kat belakang.

OK so aku mintak NASIK AMBENG AYAM kot? Dari foto ni cam Ayam je haha.

Aku selalu ambik foto makanan kalau line clear la, pasal kalau ramai orang, atau ada orang perasan, nanti aku kena chop Jakun lak.

So yang ini, dapat nasik, rendang ayam, mee goreng, ikan kering dan yang kanan tu sambal goreng ngan soo hoon gitu.

So aku mintak tambah Sambal goreng lagi satu style yang kat kanan tu...
So I think all in all maybe 5RM? or 6RM?

MAIDEN UNITED: REMEMBRANCE Vinyl LP Version - (with a huge wonderful surprise that comes in the package for those who had pre-ordered the Vinyl version and then having to wait a long time due to the vinyl pressing problems issue and its so worth it although other stuffs like the T-Shirt and stuffs were sent out on time)

Salam and Greetings to all, wherever you are.... I want to share something that I am very happy about..

as usual I will give some background info in my broken Malay language, and then onwards to my broken version of the English language.

Sapa baca blog ni tahulah aku minat giler kat MAIDEN UNITED ni. Minat sampai tahap pre-order piring hitam bila keluar je berita mereka tengah rakam album.

Untuk sapa tak kenal sangat, ni band ni terdiri daripada pemuzik2 yang kebanyakkan dari negara BELANDA yang main lagu2 Iron Maiden terutama lagu2 dari era 80an dengan cara acoustic - gitar acoustic, bass acoustic, piano, drum, hammond, violin.

Selalunye dorang berlima tapi kalau dalam album studio ada jemputan orang pompuan nyanyi, pemain violin dan tukar2 pemuzik gitu.
Paling famous di antara mereka semua aku rasa ialah pemain gitar dorang ialah jugak guitarist WITHIN TEMPTATION. Tapi bassist dorang handal, dan penyanyi utama dorang memang TERBAIK. Dan semua posisi pun permainan yang terbaik la, tak kira mereka yang dalam band secara tetap atau pun jemputan.

Lagu2 versi mereka ada yang sangat menyentuh hati, dan kadang2 boleh mendatangkan perasaan sedih dan sayu. Menangis tu takdelah, tapi bergenang2 basah kat kelopak mata tu ada la kalau kena ngan masa kita tengah tangkap feeling.

Jadi REMEMBRANCE ni album ketiga mereka. Macam biasa, AKU SUKA cara MAIDEN UNITED memperterjemahkan ikut selera mereka lagu2 Iron Maiden yang kita semua tahu kepada sesuatu yang sangat unik dan kadang2 tu terus berubah ke sesuatu yang sangat istimewa. 

Aku tu hari ada review single pertama dari album ni Strange World. Dan kalau post2 lain aku ada buat pendapat dan ulasan album pertama dan kedua dan foto2 bungkusan dan jugak foto2 cammana bentuk piring hitam mereka untuk album pertama dan kedua.

OK, review tu nanti aku cakap dalam bahasa Omputeh, tapi aku nak cerita sikit, untuk album terbaru ni keluar je berita dah boleh pre-order, so aku terus pre-order dari website mereka pasal dah memang aku suka kan?
So aku pre-order la yang dapat tshirt dan jugak dapat cd single Strange World, dapat free download (versi WAV ok dorang kasi bukan mp3 untuk album ni, dan jugak piring hitam LP.
Tapi dorang ada masalah cetak tekan piring hitam tu ikut apa dorang nak, so mula2 dorang hantar dari Belanda kat aku tshirt, cd single tu semua la, tapi dari email aku tahu ada masalah... Cara dorang email cakap sebenarnye versi LP dah siap, tapi dorang tak mau hantar dan nak cetak balik...
So tunggu je la, padahal album dah release dah lama jugak la kan...

ON THE INNER SLEEVE OF THIS RELEASE, THERE IS THIS AMAZING ARTWORK OF MAIDEN UNITED'S INTERPRETATION OF A SPITFIRE I BELIEVE..
as they played Aces High on this album.

This is their version on this album... a male+female vocals.

I always like the voice when Wudstik does the singing, although main singer Damian Wilson is excellent.




and this is their superb version of BURNING AMBITION. I LIKE THIS A LOT. Although I think the info provided on the Youtube title is a bit wrong?





And on the above Burning Ambition track, they got ""THUNDERSTICK"" to play drums on this song and nope, what I know at the last minute the ex-GYPSY KISS singer (Gypsy Kiss was STEVE HARRIS' previous band when he was young and before he formed his own band IRON MAIDEN ) did not sing on this version of the song.
Here, BURNING AMBITION was sung by the MAIDEN UNITED Piano Player.

The full line up for this album as on the sleeves is this...

As you can see, KILLERS was completely transformed to just a vocal+acoustic guitar version.

So this is a song with Damian doing lead vocals... Still Life 15, because they had previously recorded Still Life for the Mind The Acoustic Piece album, their first album from few years back..

NO DAVE MURRAY HERE, just some most BEAUTIFUL Violin.....


Not all bed of roses though, I just want to say something a bit NEGATIVE,
I would have preferred for Maiden United band members and their support to do the vocals for FUTUREAL and PROWLER.
I don't find it any reason to get BLAZE BAILEY (although I really like him) and PAUL DI'ANNO to do vocals on this two songs.
Well....
I hope Maiden United should release future b-sides of these two songs with Damian or Wudstik singing these songs instead.

OK, like I say on the title, something really amazing, at least it is for me.
I had pre-ordered the vinyl version and it was really delayed although Maiden United sent out all the other stuffs early to minimize the dissapointment.
I learn thru email that the vinyl pressings has problems and not up to the Maiden United's standard and quality control.
So it was a big surprise that inside the packaging is a card signed by Ruud and Joey with a message about the delays and their own feelings, and also they have included the vinyl that they would not have sent out in the first place as they want to make a proper vinyl release that they want.

So its something very very special I guess.
I do hope I got to see them play one day... LOL!!!
Yes, pathetic isnt it when you are born in the ass of the world as far as Maiden-related stuffs are concern.

the selection of songs, the pacing is amazing.. and that ROTAM tease at the end of the exhausting first song, and continue to the most dramatic HORRIFYING TERRIFYING version of The Trooper ever... and continue to a heart-wrenching rendition of Revelations.





I hope Maiden uniteD continue to re-interpret and re-create Iron Maiden songs to something special like the 3 albums and also some b-sides they already have released.


Last But Not Least,

I am collecting some latest magazines especially these few months that features Iron Maiden members or themes on the covers and which contents carry full-scale information, news and reports on the new Iron Maiden album, The Book Of Soul.
These are some I have got my hands on so far.....

Kerrang has a very nice cover.. and its actually has Bruce on the outside plastic cover with the cartoon artwork inside.
Classic Rock has the amazing 17, yes... 17 different cover artworks, and I had choosen Piece Of Mind, and then I saw Somewhere In Time and I was like got the urge to buy another one LOL!!!.
Metal Hammer, yes, the amazing magazine comes in a box, WHICH IS A GATEFOLD by itself LOL!!!..
RHYTHM Magazine, how can I resist a full special on Nicko McBrain to celebrate his drumming, his works, and his stories on the recordings of The Book Of Soul...

I will share more, maybe I try to take each page photo so those who cannot get these magazines can enjoy them too...

aku pun nak join korang semua dengan mengshow-offkan cd Search Berpaling aku. Beli kat Larkin. haha.

Aku boleh ingat clear la, aku rasa aku boleh mengkonferm sekarang yang aku tak pernah punyai kaset Berpaling ni.
Kalau sebelum ni post pasal Search Di Pintu Sepi nye cd, aku bilang aku siap dua kali beli kaset Di Pintu Sepi tapi Berpaling tak walaupun ada jual kat kedai especially kedai2 kaset Melayu kat pasar Geylang Serai lama even though tu jam the news pasal kena tarik balik arahan mahkamah and all that stuff.

Aku rasa boleh tahu la kenapa. Dua sebab -'

ZAMAN DULU, korang tahu kaset Def Leppard PYROMANIA kan??
Aku boleh cakap la, lagu paling aku tak berkenan mungkin Fooling.

FOOLING ni macam pop hits la tapi sebenarnye lagu2 lain lagi seribu kali bagus contoh macam Comin Under Fire dan jugak aku nye all-time feberet Stagefright. Lagu yang paling gereeekkk sekali Stagefright ni. Rock at its most mamposest.

Tapi seats depan mahal tu semua replace by Standing Area la untuk Def Leppard ni..
Luas la tempat tu pasal gabung tiga dewan gitu.., bak Awie sendiri atas stage cakap "rasa macam main kat Wembley".

Aku masih terfikir possibility paling giler...
Cerita Fantasi paling giler aku dah baca - Donington 2016, GNR AFD nye lineup pasal AXL dan Slash dah berbaik kan?, Final Black Sabbath dan Iron Maiden headline setiap satu hari, dan Ritchie Blackmore Rainbow last kopek.
Kalau betul... Aku konfem tak keharuan...... Anyway, paling penting carik tempat mandi dan tempat simpan bag... Lain semua pandai2...
Cuma pandai2 je la jawab soalan bertubi2 kat Immigresen bila dorang tanya nak tinggal atau tidur kat mana...
Haishhhh.. haha. Jawapan senang Camping kat Donington tapi aku tak nak la.. sorang2 aku takut siot situ camping keliling semua orang tengah huray huray 24jam.
So pasal fikir benda giler ni, buat sementara ni semua hiburan peribadi... FULL STOP.

Anyway, Donington tahun depan ialah minggu pertama Ramadhan... untuk sapa nak backpacking. Aku tengah fikir cammana nak go thru jugak la .. just in case hehehe.

So rasa2nye buka puasa tu ialah 9 malam, waktu headliners tengah main. Headliners start main kul 8 malam.
Curfew Sound kat Donington rasanya 11malam kot? atau midnite.

Tapi ni semua ye la angan2 mat jenin je la.. tapi sapa tahu kan.

So terang lagi bersuluh, Di Pintu Sepi & Setelah Hujan is simply head and shoulders above Berpaling and the two other songs...
walau kalau apa aku ingat betul was it Di Pintu Sepi nye kaset keluar dulu, only lepas tu baru Berpaling keluar?
Tak keluar sama time kan? Entah eh... Terperangkap Dalam Samar-Samar gitu. haha.

17 different Eddie covers for ClassicRock Magazine October 2015 issue, My Fantasy Setlist for Maiden 2016 World Tour and my horrific thinking of why Iron Maiden will not play in Singapore in coming tour and I HOPE I AM WRONG.

From the previous Savatage's Edge Of Thorns Comparisons of the Japanese Pressing (+2 extra songs) and the Ultimate Version found on their 1500 limited Boxset, back to Iron Maiden LOL!!

Three parts, 

Firstly, I just got the Classic Rock Magazine October 2015 edition which is the Iron Maiden Collectors Edition.
In total this issue has 17, yes 17 different covers of Eddie.
It features all 16 Studio Eddie covers plus the Live After Death Eddie.
I decided on the Piece Of Mind cover Eddie.

I think for me to collect all 17 is out of question. LOL!!
But I am sure it would be nice to own them all...
Somewhere In Time Eddie was also nice... LOL, so was Killers, so was the X Factor Eddie.
I have not physically touch the rest but the ones I saw are all so pretty...

I have not even unwrapped it yet.
Will show it to those interested on the content and layout soon.

Warning ... Below are all fan-fantasy. LOL!! So maybe better stop here.





Secondly

I was thinking about Iron Maiden. HAHAHA, and that is an understatement of the year.
These are the two things...

Lets get the SAD part out of the way, and then we go to the HAPPY FEELINGS AND DELICIOUSLY HAPPY THOUGHTS!!!!

Firstly, something I have been giving a thought... a horrific thought really LOL!!!


WHY MY HEART IS SAYING IRON MAIDEN WILL NOT PLAY IN SINGAPORE IN 2016 & WORSE NOT COMING AT ALL FOR THE BOOK OF SOUL WORLD TOUR IF THE TOUR IS EXTENDED TO 2017.

This is the reasons my heart is telling myself.

- Iron Maiden says they will play 10 shows in USA & Canada in first two weeks of April 2016.
After that Japan and SHOWS in China.

Lets say they have a few days rest & Travelling time from North America to Asia region even they using their own Jumbo 747 and they play two shows in Japan & two shows in China.

So the last date for USA or Canada will be 14th or 15th of April 2016.
Lets say the first date of Japan will be 18th or 19th April 2016.
and lets say consecutively a second show in Japan will be 20th April. (and I am being conservative, no rest for Iron Maiden in between travelling inside Japan & setting up their as usual spectacular stage and effects).

and then maybe a two days gap before two shows in China lets say 23rd April and 24th April (and I am being conservative here like above),

Maybe its a possibility of a 26th April date for SOUTH EAST ASIA?? before Ed Force One flies to Oceania? But definitely they need to rest, and their support crew need their OFF and REST days even with their own JUMBO 747 plane.
The biggest and definitely FIRST IN HISTORY OF MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT , the MOST DRAMATIC AND AWESOME adventure taken by any entertainment act, be it a band, an artist or whatever, doing a World Tour with their own (leased) JUMBO BOEING 747.

Coming from a band which is basically, hardly without any main-stream radio or mass-media coverage. 
-a band that even the MTV PERSONALITY SHARON OSBOURNE SABOTAGE at the most where it matters, when Maiden is at its best, PLAYING LIVE ON STAGE!!!!!. 

-A band which survive solely by the support of fans worldwide. I mean, they are selling numerous physical cds and vinyls worldwide in this age by words of mouth and internet-information alone and RULING the POP CHARTS!!!!.

When fans of other bands, music acts or singers are either downloading legally a single, or illegally downloading a whole album,
Iron Maiden fans worldwide are BUYING PHYSICAL CDS AND VINYLS just like in the past and paying Itunes for whole album.
Loyalty and respect for the band at such a high level.



Now on the 29th April Maiden are confirmed in Christchurch New Zealand.
Their last date for Oceania is 14th May in Perth Australia.

On the 18th, Maiden are confirmed in Cape Town South Africa & its announced after South Africa that will be Europe.

SO THERE IS NO WAY  TO FIT IN BETWEEN 14th & 18th May either.

So I think Singapore or Indonesia or India or Middle East or Korea, places where Iron Maiden had played before & also a new place like Malaysia, will not get a slot this current tour.

(Maybe Singapore will get Sharon Osbourne's Black Sabbath FINAL WORLD TOUR instead on the same period??)

2017 looks slim, as they already travel Australia and New Zealand for coming 2016 , and I doubt they want to headline Soundwave in 2017 having done a full Oceania tour in 2016.
If that happens then maybe South East Asia and the rest of Asia will get a chance.

This is just a thinking..

I HOPE I AM WRONG... And lets have a wishful thinking Iron Maiden for their coming World Tour to support maybe their best ever album visits Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and even Laos. LOL!!

Anyway, lets forget the negative thoughts, and lets think happy things.

But the above setlist is not going to happen... It seems Empire Of The Clouds will not be played. 18 mins long and it needs a lot of effort and possibly backing tapes to replicate the song live.
Bruce says it will be 4 to 5 songs from the album...
I hope it will be SIX songs...
The Book Of Souls is a very good album and I would like Six Songs to be played and I have the six songs which I think is reasonable to play live.

>>These are the six new songs I would choose for Maiden to play live (this is my fantasy, remember, a reasonable request but still fantasy)
1.- Opening Track which will be opening song so If Eternity Should Fail will be played.
2.- & "first single" Speed Of Light too is confirmed played as its the "single".
3.- Death Or Glory I think WILL BE PLAYED, due to that short video teaser and this is definitely a nice fast song to play live.
4.- Book Of Soul as the title track should be played, and its DRAMATIC to play live, and Bruce will be definitely be DRAMATIC. Never mind its 10 mins long.

5.- Of course, the best song besides Empire will be played live and its The Red And The Black. 13 mins of Steve Harris Epicness. I cannot get the 9min mark Instrumental section out of my head. One of the best Iron Maiden instrumental solos section since Dance Of Death. 
So definitely this song will be played live, and it will be the killer moment of the whole show I think.
6.- I will go for a SIXTH SONG, and I will go for TEARS OF A CLOWN. This song I think have touched a lot of people. Definitely this song is the closest to my heart. This song will have a lot of impact if its played live.

So now to the rest of my predicted setlist. 
Lets talk the Pop Hits first.
- Run To The Hills I think will not be played though its been a long time, its difficult for Bruce I think especially the new songs from the new album will not be easy for Bruce to sing live what with all his running and prancing all over the stage, the ramps and the scaffoldings LOL!!..
- I will drop lots of overplayed songs. Especially the Pop Hits.
- To compensate all the dropped Pop Hits, I will go for the song Powerslave with the full fanfare.
- I will retain Fear Of The Dark, as its basically the hugest Pop Hit that fans demand though its overplayed.
- Hallowed Be Thy Name should return, and Iron Maiden will not be dropped. I think The Number Of The Beast have to be maintained. So I have 4 songs confirmed.
- I will take a risk and dropped live favourite The Trooper as its overplayed, and replace it with Flight Of Icarus or Where Eagles Dare.
AND CAN YOU IMAGINE BRUCE WAVING THE UNION JACK IN PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA????
Though I am sure the China Government would be very pleased to have Run To The Hills!! ""White Man Came Across the Sea, HE BROUGHT US PAIN AND MISERY!!!""
- I will take Killers. I would have prefer Infinite Dreams but I can only dream.
- I will take at least two songs from the previous 4 albums with the current definitive 6-men line up.
- So again, taking into consideration no song never played before if that song was not played when its first released - Though if that happens I am sure I will chose Judas Be My Guide, Montsegur or even Alexander The Great or even RUNNING SILENT RUNNING DEEP..
- Time Factor..& Bruce Level of Quality for each show.

This is what I think (MORE OF I FANTASIZE BUT A QUITE REALISTIC FANTASY MAY I ADD) and reasonably realistic setlist will be..

- Intro Tape of some Mel Gibson's Apocalypto movie or some Mayan/Aztec movies or soundtrack..

1. If Eternity Should Fail (using the original spoken-studio version at the start of the song and the band only starts to play live once the whole band kicks in proper and the band ends and the outro spoken words are again using the original studio version backing tape with the stage dimmed. How near the end of the song on the last chorus and Adrian Smith will have his short solos accompanying Bruce ending chorus...that will be a marvel).

2. The Speed Of Light.
3. Killers (and I hope to see them play live, and I am standing at the Dave Murray side and I am happily snapping away photos like a Groupie and nobody is pushing and acting crazy and I can happy snap nice pretty photos of Maiden in action and Janick comes over to Dave Murray side too... LOL!! yes, a fantasy)
4. Children Of The Damned (Mr Adrian Smith with the double neck please)

Bruce gives a short speech and introduce another new song.
5. The Book Of Soul
6. Where Eagles Dare
