Black Sabbath The End Birmingham (5 disc deluxe version unboxing photos ) - review/ulasan tahap merapu meraban

For value added, i try to make some differences in both content LOL!!

A photo laden and review/ulasan merapu merapek meraban.

I got this Black Sabbath The End 4th Feb 2017 Birmingham 5 disc boxset for two reasons.
Firstly as a souvenir as I saw them last on their very last Donington show with about 80,000 people in the midlands of UK, where basically Hard Rock and Heavy Metal has its foundation and is strongest historically..  Its as near to watching Sabbath plays in Birmingham as possible.


Side track a little same The End tour but the last Donington in Midlands of England...
This was the moment I got a big shock when I arrived on the Main Stage of Donington 2016 on the Saturday as I was checking out other bands on other stages,
and I thought I was fucking early 30 minutes before the headliners for Saturday play,
and this is what I see. It was like the whole Midlands Heavy Metal community was there waiting for Sabbath... 

Lots of whole families are braving the rain which falls heavily later while Sabbath plays

What look like school girls was headbanging and singing along to every song. It was surreal.

Its a memorable environment so I would have wonder what its like to watch Black Sabbath plays Birmingham.

So I like this experience so much,
thats the first reason why I bought this boxset LOL!!!!
to remind of the live songs mostly are the same...  LOL!!


Secondly, I want the 3rd cd, which is the ANGELIC SESSIONS. It has 5 songs that Sabbath re-record in the studio after their final show.

WICKED WORLD in the middle section is worth just to get Angelic Sessions.


So nothing much to say, I have not even seen the blue ray or dvd disc included in this boxset. But I love the 3 cds. I had ripped them all to my Walkman and enjoyed the songs tremendously while walking and on public transportations.
Sabbath added a few songs mostly instrumental medleys for the final Birmingham shows.

I was lucky, since even in my young days I have the opportunity to watch Sabbath plays with different lineups and singers in my life...

- Tony Martin/Iommi/Neil Murray/Bobby Rodenelli (Forbidden era in Singapore)
- Ronnie James Dio/Iommi/Geezer Butler/Vinnie Appice (Heaven & Hell in Singapore)
- Ozzy/Iommi/Geezer Butler/ Sharon Osbourne's drummer (Hellfest and Donington)

So no more isnt it?
Maybe with Sharon's Black Sabbath.

But I got a feeling Tony Iommi will continue Sabbath in either same name or any other name with other Sabbath luminaries.

and out of the 3 singers I saw them with, Ozzy singing for Sabbath, its my least favourite Black Sabbath live moment. He is very good, but... (LOL!!!)

Of course Ronnie James Dio with Sabbath is the best ever... irregardless whatever band name they use.
So I guess I will never see Sabbath with Bill Wards, and of course the late Cozy Powell.

But then, in the heavy rains and floods and a chaotic environment of Donington, with everything is happening, I have to say I will pick Sabbath show as the best sound I ever hear.
Its because their live sound is competing with the heavy rain, the floodings, chaos of the crowd, and still its so powerful and clear.
Its so bloody embarassing clear when Maiden plays the same stage the next day as the headliners for Sunday.
Heavy rains, floodings, chaos among 80,000 - 90,000 all being equal.



So lets talk about the boxset.
Its very nice.
- It has a photo book with some text written by some Rolling Stone reporter. More for the casual fans writting.
- It has three seperate folders which consist of 5 discs. All supported by a black paper holder.
- It has a Sabbath metal lapel pin or whatever you call it.
- It has 3 guitar picks
- It has a laminated pass or something.
All comes in a nice strong box.

Untuk aku Black Sabbath paling best ialah zaman Ronnie James Dio.
dan aku suka sangat zaman HEADLESS CROSS.
Aku harap betul Tony Iommi akan keluarkan balik album era FORBIDDEN...
dan aku harap dia akan tour zaman FORBIDDEN dengan pakai dua drummer iaitu Vinnie Appice dan Bill Wards.
Tony Martin masih ok je kan, so letak nama band Forbidden, panggil balik jugak Geezer Butler..

dan last kopek main semua lagu era Sabbath... zaman Headless Cross, zaman Ronnie Dio, dan zaman Ozzy dan boleh main lagu2 zaman Ozzy yang Ozzy sendiri tak boleh nyanyi.

Tapi dalam cd3 boxset ni ada Changes...

Aku pernah tengok Black Sabbath main lagu Changes, tapi Tony Martin, Tony Iommi main keyboards dua orang atas pentas.
Tu jam zaman remaja la kat Harbour Front Singapura,
aku masih ingat time Paranoid , Amy kat audience tengah joget giler giler nye haha.
Tu dia la kot haha....

So... macam aku cakap.. aku nak boxset ni pasal kenangan aku gi tengok tour ni sama kat Donington, yang macam aku pernah cerita paling dekat aku nak tengok dorang kat Birmingham..

macam aku cakap kat blog ni, kawasan midlands UK ni la jantung rock dan heavy metal dunia.

Macam aku cerita atas, keluarga semua datang tua muda lelaki pompuan macam gi piknik pun ada macam foto atas tu ,
budak budak pompuan headbanging dan nyanyi semua lagu ok lirik seketul seketul singalong keluar mulut.

Giler. Sebab tu, aku suka sangat Donington. Memang tempat huru hara macam puaka banjir teruk hujan lebat tak berhenti , dah tenggelam la kasut boot semua, paling selamat kena pakai kasut kuning Phua Chu Kang.. tapi aku suka...
Aku kan tinggal rumah orang kat Derby, aku pakai AirBnB, tiap2 hari aku naik bas, malam rebut bas patah balik Derby penat giler tapi aku sorang giler ah nak camping kat Donington haha..

Lepas malam akhir boot aku seluar aku semua aku buang kat luar rumah tu aku takut tuan rumah marah aku kotor kan rumah dia haha, besok pagi terus gi Primark beli baru haha. Lumpur rabak giler.

aku cita2 nak hat-trick nanti bila Iron Maiden aku speku akan main lagi sekali Donington sebelum mereka bersara.
ohhhh dan Live Chapters album live baru tu ada dua lagu dari Donington, ok la ada suara aku hahaha.

Aku belum tengok versi blue ray dan dvd ni lagi,, takde time lagik..

tapi dalam bas, dalam train, memang goyang kepala la dan orang mesti ingat aku giler jalan kaki tapi senyum sorang2 dengar lagu2 ni.

How I wish I was at Birmingham. LOL!
There was a live broadcast for the ending, and the front row has Brazil and Japan flags and headbands. LOL!!

First in detail - English,
then in brief -  Malay.

This is one of my favourite rock n roll photo ever.
I took it 30 minutes before Sabbath plays their final ever Donington show.
And damn.. I didnt know so many had already packed the Main Stage, I was busy watching other bands at other stages. I guess it was easily 70,000 already packed by then.
LOL!! So it was "excuse me, excuse me, sorry, sorry" as I wiggle my way nearer stage.

My own goodbye to Black Sabbath. and I dont mean only the Sharon Osbourne era (LOL!).
And yes Sharon, These Colours Dont Run, you bitch , never try to SABOTAGE Iron Maiden while Iron Maiden is playing by getting your dogs to throw eggs and worse shutting down power supply on stage while Maiden is on stage.

You have your mainstream mass media circus, MTV and Simon American Idol judge, and all the Pop Shows influence for Sabbath, and there is no need to sabotage Iron Maiden to that extend.
Just too bad, Iron Maiden don't need all that and they can do what they want and say what they want.


So what does Black Sabbath means to me?
Of course learning English language from the lyrics of Heaven And Hell Ronnie James Dio as a little boy. LOL!!!



- I was fortunate to see "The Tony Martin" era play live where songs from all eras are played. My very first ever "foreign" band show ever.
- I was fortunate to see the "Ronnie James Dio" era play live albeit using a different moniker.
- and I was fortunate to see the "Ozzy Osbourne" era play live with "what the fuck is that hired drummer doing a long solo?" LOL!!.

Certainly, I had much fun on Ronnie James Dio era and Tony Martin era than the Ozzy Osbourne one.

So now, THE END is out of the way, I hope Toni Iommi will get back Bill Wards (and Vinnie Appice), and Geezer Butler and hopefully Tony Martin.
And play Black Sabbath again, as HEADLESS CROSS or FORBIDDEN.

That would be awesome, all Black Sabbath is represented.
For me, Black Sabbath is always been about Toni Iommi and whoever he wants the players to be,
until sometimes later when Sharon Osbourne comes into the picture.

And I am sure, then no money grabbing and ego is involved as Sharon Osbourne is out of the picture.

Some Memories of Black Sabbath for me

1) As a young boy, I had already admired Cozy Powell, and when Black Sabbath during Forbidden era played in Singapore when I was younger, I was kind of dissapointed that Cozy Powell was not drumming but its Bobby Rodenelli. (Toni Iommi likes to use Rainbow drummers?? LOL!!)

2) Geoff Nichols was there then, he just died recently.
But I remember it was Toni Iommi on keyboards for Changes.

3) I remember Toni Iommi and I was at the barrier, and he was standing right in front of me for Children Of The Grave. Forever to me, its what rock n roll is all about.

And I remember Amy Search was rocking along to Paranoid was it in the crowd, I remembered he came in late LOL!!


4) Ronnie James Dio era with Vinnie Appice and Geezer Butler as Heaven And Hell.
I remember buying drinks during "Falling Of The Edge Of The World", and I was on top of the hill and I can only say, that moment of softness in Ronnie James Dio voice at the intro.
Its one of the most beautiful and sweet rock n roll moment for me.

5) "Ozzy Osbourne without Bill Wards" era.
I remember Hellfest the night Black Sabbath headline, was it 2014.
Just before Sabbath plays, the most awaited event for me besides watching Paradise Lost plays
on the second stage EMPEROR played the full IN THE NIGHTSIDE ECLIPSE.

Most memorable because they got FAUST back for that show on drums.

Faust, as we know as a released convict,  convicted before for murder and burning of church, and I thought Black Sabbath cannot top the Emperor appearance for that evening,

but Black Sabbath was awesome, and the War Pigs AIR RAID SIRENS was simply amazing on the Hellfest night environment.

6) and Donington for the last time,

what can I say, I guess it will only be a dream to see Black Sabbath plays Birmingham for me,
but to see them play Donington, in the Midlands of UK, the heart beat of heavy metal, in front of their Midland fans, and it being so near to Birmingham was amazing.

Around me,
- Boys, and Girls, parents bringing 6 year old kid with ear plugs on their shoulder, in the pouring rain, in the muddy sinking field of about 70,000 or more Sabbath fans,

- Young Girls headbanging and singing along to every word of Black Sabbath Ozzy era songs and that was so memorable.

and if that was Midland Donington, how could Birmingham itself be like?? Heavy Metal Heaven?


And the sound, I have never heard a sound so good and clear, in pouring rain and muddy field with possibly 70,000 Sabbath fans.
If people says huge festivals cannot gurantee mega spectacular sound, then I think I can say I had heard that when Sabbath plays Donington for the last time.

This is one of my favourite photo and memory of being a rock and roll music lover on top of this page. it shows everything.
Young old, men and women, all come to pay tribute to Sabbath final Donington.

It was 30 minutes, yes... 30 minutes before Sabbath plays Donington for the very last time in front of their Midlands home territory.

It took me a lot of trouble to squeeze myself nearer the stage. LOL!!


SO GOODBYE BLACK SABBATH. And I do hope Toni Iommi will make it right now and get back Bill Wards with Geezer Butler to make it right for everyone finally.

Its always musical chair so I dont think Ritchie Blackmore mind.

Anyway, both of them are Men In Black. LOL!!

I think, Toni Iommi is going to remaster and remix Forbidden and re-release all Tony Martin era albums,
and I am sure Tony Iommi would want to play Ronnie James Dio material, and lots of Ozzy Osbourne era materials that Ozzy cannot sing anymore.





OK, jadi malam tadi aku kerja malam,

tapi hati nak tahu apa jadi kat Birmingham, show terakhir Black Sabbath.

Jadi, inilah satu impian aku sebagai seorang peminat rock n roll band yang tak tercapai.

Nak tengok kumpulan Black Sabbath, beraksi di Birmingham.

Tapi ok, Sharon Osbourne aku rasa pegang lesen nama Black Sabbath sekarang, tapi mungkin lain kali kalau Toni Iommi buat kali terakhir panggil Tony Martin, mungkin Geezer Butler , (Geoff Nichol baru mati tu hari), dan paling penting dia panggil balik Bill Wards.

Dengan Sharon dah takde dalam gambar, maka aku rasa duit bukan jadi hal.

Aku harap nama band ni ikut style Heaven And Hell nye era Ronnie James Dio bergabung semula, dengan pakai nama HEADLESS CROSS.

Giler kan, orang sekali tengok nama Headless Cross dah tahu, cuma sayang Cozy Powell dah mati. Tapi kalau Toni Iommi masih nak pakai sapa2 drummer Rainbow, dia boleh panggil Bobbi Rodenelli. Ni belum teringat Vinnie Appice balik.

Aku rasa tentu Iommi nak main lagu2 zaman Ronnie James Dio, Tony Martin dan zaman Ozzy Osbourne sendiri yang Ozzy tak mau/atau tak boleh lagi nyanyi.

Jadi tu la...

Aku kenang kembali saat aku jadi peminat Black Sabbath.

Tu jam, sekolah rendah kot, budak2 lagi, so tu jam Black Sabbath ialah bukan Ozzy, tapi Ronnie Dio so memang sebati la kan , lepas tu zaman Tony Martin.
Jadi aku bukan minat Black Sabbath dengan nak puji2 kehebatan Ozzy dalam Black Sabbath.
Aku suka, tapi macam aku cakap kat atas,
Toni Iommi ialah Black Sabbath dan sapa jugak dia nak main dalam band ni.

Malangnya, apa aku tahu sekarang, Sharon adalah pemilik nama Black Sabbath? Jadi maknanya dia boleh suka sapa dan berapa duit nak bayar untuk sapa2 beraksi dalam SHARON OSBOURNE'S BLACK SABBATH.

Jadi tu jam tu la, korang panggil la mana2 budak2 kecik, nyanyikan perenggan pertama Heaven And Hell, terngangah punya dengan rangkap syair pertama lirik lagu tersebut.
Termasuk aku,
Jadi? Ayat omputeh bukan belajar "Once upon a time" dengan ejaan "Ones upon a time" hahaha,
tapi "Sing Me A Song You're A Singer..."

Best kan jadi budak2 zaman dulu.

Tu jam, waktu aku dah pandai gi merayap ni semua, tak ditolak tengok Black Sabbath main di Singapore tu jam,
Wahhh aku masih ingat, aku giler Rainbow kan? So sekali bukan Powell tapi Rodinelli, sama la tu dua2 Rainbow nye drummer yang Toni Iommi panggil untuk Black Sabbath.

Tu jam, diri kat barrier, pekak telinga (aku ada pernah tulis pasal tinnitus bila aku gi tengok show tu), takut ok, sampai besok nya ada loceng bunyi kat telinga aku.
Ya Allah... tak mau lagi aku rasa perasaan tu.
Tapi tu jam Remaja.

Aku masih ingat, Geoff Nichol ada, yang mati baru2 ni, tapi aku masih ingat lagu CHANGES, Iommi yang pakai keyboards kecik main "piano" lagu tersebut.
Jadi aku dapat rasalah cammana live lagu HEAVEN AND HELL masuk PARANOID dan PARANOID abis dengan HEAVEN HELL.
Aku dapat rasa live cara Toni Iommi matikan lagu PARANOID kalau bukan zaman Ozzy Osbourne.

Banyak kenangan malam tu, walau dah berdozen dozen tahun, tu la rock konsert band omputeh pertama aku, dan waktu tu tanah keramat Donington ialah sesuatu yang aku hanya tahu menerusi majalah dan video tape sahaja.

Lepas tu zaman Heaven And Hell, bila Ronnie Dio dan Vinnie Appice masuk balik join Iommi dan Geezer Butler, dorang dah tak mau? atau tak boleh? pakai nama Sabbath lagi.
Aku tak tipu, rasanya kalau peminat opera agungkan Pavarotti. 
Aku rasa aku malam tu dengar dan saksikan Ronnie James Dio, dan bila dia nyanyi intro lagu Falling Into Edge Of The World malam tu dengan angin sejuk, bulan penuh di langit.

Aku rasa betapa untung aku jadi seorang peminat rock n roll band.

Kemudian masa berubah, dan aku akhirnya dapat tengok era Ozzy Osbourne bersama Black Sabbath.

Pertama kali kat Hellfest, dorang headline, tapi kelakar nya, ok tak kelakar, sejurus sebelum Sabbath, kumpulan yang disegani la oleh peminat2 yang berkumpul kat Hellfest iaitu EMPEROR beraksi dan istimewa, malam tu FAUST jadi drummer.
Pasal si FAUST ni kan bunuh orang, bakar gereja, dia susah carik makan, pasal lepas tu EMPEROR nak main kat Jepun, tapi FAUST tak boleh masuk Jepun.

Tentu korang semua yang ikut news pun tahu, orang politik pun nak masuk Jepun kena rejek, hanya kerana pernah convicted. Nak kena special permit.

Jadi, tak jadi hal, pasal drummer Emperor pun sangkut nak masuk Jepun. Bunuh orang dan bakar gereja. Siot betul la Faust ni... cammana Black Metal tak kena lahar dengan sesetengah masyarakat. Special evening sangat. haha. 


Jadi memang istimewa malam tu tengok EMPEROR main satu album penuh In The Nightside Eclipse dengan si FAUST ni.

Jadi fikir, abis la Black Sabbath, Emperor dah pukul abis (dan jugak pasal hari tu sebelum tu aku pun dah tengok Paradise Lost buat kali pertama, cinta lama ni Paradise Lost), maka aku pulak DENDAM dengan Sharon Osbourne HAHAHAHAHAH, pasal dia celaka sabotaj Iron Maiden nye periuk nasik waktu Maiden main kat atas pentas kat tempat mereka cuba nak carik makan lebih iaitu Amerika, dengan suruh balaci dia gi tempat pit kameraman dan buang telor, dan matikan elektric karen masa Maiden tengah main.

Tapi jangkaan aku silap. Sabbath pun pukul abis malam tu, cuma aku first time rasa boring sangat apsal drummer sewa Black Sabbath malam tu drum solo punya panjang.
HAHA.

Dan kan aku cakap, impian aku nak tengok Sabbath kat Birmingham susah sangat, pasal aku cuma akan backpack kalau ada Iron Maiden dalam jadual tersebut,

tapi aku tengok Black Sabbath main Donington, cam foto di atas tu, segala mak bapak atok nenek cucu cicit, semua hadir la aku rasa dari Midlands England.
Dan seperti semua aku rasa tahu, bunyian Metal lahir dari kawasan tersebut.

Dalam keadaan hujan lebat malam tu, budak kecik umur 5 tahun 6 tahun di junjung ibu bapa, pasal mungkin tu adalah kali terakhir dapat tengok Sabbath dan itulah memori love ones yang terindah tengok band rock sama2,
aku kagum, budak2 pompuan remaja, headbanging masih takpe, tapi tiap liriks Ozzy Osbourne nyanyi atas stage, budak pompuan remaja nyanyi sama2 sambil headbang.
Begitulah penangan Black Sabbath.

Semua tenggelam dalam lumpur kasut sampai tumit, hujan lebat, tapi tak berganjak semua orang (ok ok aku tahu yang sapa bawak budak kecik 5 - 6 tahun semua terpaksa beredar pasal DARURAT sangat keadaan).

Lagi sekali tu la penangan Black Sabbath.

Jadi selamat tinggal Black Sabbath. Aku gembira Ozzy balik ke dunia Solo.

Dan aku tak sabar Toni Iommi aku rasa akan rilis balik semua Sabbath zaman Tony Martin, dia dah cakap dia tak tahu apa jadi dengan situasi BILL WARDS, dan dia nak kembali dengan BILL WARDS.
Tony Martin aku rasa sihat, Vinnie Appice sihat, Geoff Nichols dah mati, Cozy Powell dah mati.
Geezer Butler mesti pun nak kembalikan suasana Sabbath dengan BILL WARDS.

Sharon dah takde dalam gambar lagi.

So harap buat kali terakhir, Toni Iommi akan gabungkan semua Sabbath lama, dan main lagi sekali semua lagu Black Sabbath dari berbagai zaman dan lagu2 Ozzy sendiri yang Iommi ada cakap, Ozzy dah tak boleh nyanyi lagu dia sendiri.

tapi aku terpaksa cakap Black Sabbath antara band rock kegemaran aku, dan dunia heavy metal akan rasa kehilang band ini.

Black Sabbath Donington Final Ever Show.. in brief.. DALAM HUJAN LEBAT DAN BERLUMPUR!!!!!

30 minutes before BLACK SABBATH FINAL DONINGTON SHOW EVER.

The crowd is like this.

30 minutes before Black Sabbath play on the main stage.

When it comes to Ozzy Osbourne's fronted Black Sabbath.

I have only one dream.

To see them play in Birmingham.

But I know I cannot make it, SO whats the next best thing?

See them in DONINGTON of course - 37 miles, 60KM from Birmingham.

Donington - the midlands of England - traditionally the heart beat of Heavy Fuckin Metal and Hard Rock.

The blue-collar industrial lands of midlands of England - Derbyshire, Leicester, Nottingham and of course Birmingham - where it all begins and spread across the world.

(I have travel backpacking to see a show in Birmingham before, and its Bon Jovi, and the Aston Villa Football Club stadium was full and its simply crazy!!)

And that is why I braved the muds and floods to be in Donington just because its DONINGTON. (I have thrown away my boots and my pants after Iron Maiden complete their headlining closing act for the Download Festival 2016 last night).

( I am already saving up for the next 3 or 4 years, when we all know, Iron Maiden will again headline Download Festival in Donington and a lot of people will say "OHH NO!!! NOT AGAIN!! SIGH!!) hahahahaha.)

I make my way in front for a better view.

and it starts to rain heavily when Toni Iommi solos on the song INTO THE VOID.

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS.

But the show must go on,

its Black Sabbath playing all the classics (and the newest song is from 1978 LOL!!! and no song from the 13 album, which is weird).

and its Ozzy Osbourne being the singer, so it means only one thing...

""LETS GO FUCKIN CRAZY!!!!!!!!!""

The sound for Black Sabbath was AMAZING, simply jaw-dropping awesomeness where I was standing.

Damn FUCK!!! Nightwish has also a superior sound on Sunday.

DAMN IT IRON MAIDEN!!! Maiden has a superior sound compared to 2013 horrible winds blowing but still I have to say it compared to Sabbath and Nightwish, Maiden's sound in Donington for this year is a bit let-down. - Anyway more of Maiden next time when I do the full report.

I think Black Sabbath played a blinder in my opinion.

Their last time in Donington.

Ozzy was giving his all.

And what did Megadeth did? They got Nikki Sixx to join in for ANARCHY IN THE UK!!

I think Dave Mustaine himself admit after the show it was a great Megadeth performance.

I personally think Megadeth should use the Donington broadcast as a live DVD. 5 new songs played?

I was making my way in front to see Nightwish after I was at 3rd stage for ELECTRIC WIZARD and GOJIRA.

GHOST CANCELLED!!! the band falls sick or something.

I was just getting ready to deliver my best crowd participation sing-along of 
" HAIL SATAN!!!!!!!!!! WELCOME YEAR ZERO!!!!!!!!!"

oh well, maybe next time. Since I saw Ghost opens for Maiden in Serbia, I am so liking this GHOST band. LOL!! Very fun!!!

So on my way to squeeze myself nearer to see Nightwish (and to take some nice pretty photos)..

What the hell happened? Was it fun, WHY DID IT SUDDENLY TURN TO A REAL VIOLENT FIGHT??

donington heavy rain first day , buka puasa masa ACDC main, and black sabbath final donington tshirt for tonite.

Donington and rain comes together.

but yesterday was a crazy heavy rain.

i read some gossip in the internet that some camp sites are completely flooded.

fortunately not my first Donington, i was a bit prepared from experience, and although i am sleeping in Derby and not camping, i got my rain jacket, and avoiding jeans and bring along a dozen socks. Lol. 

Just want say Babymetal was simply awesome live, i mean especially their ghostly band. Like their intro tape goes, babymetal..metal... metal..... metal...

And simply dissapointed with Download organisers regarding the Motorhead tribute. I was thinking with their reputation, Motorhead slot which is supposed to be friday so they are surely setting up for a surprise tribute band, i was dreaming of a surprised Metallica performance but then it was setting up for Korn later in the evening. LOL.

THE TRIBUTE WAS INTERVIEWS WITH FAMOUS ROCK PERSONALITIES AND DOWNLOAD 2013 Motorhead performance which i attended.

I didnt wait too long though, again I skipped Ramnstein and back to Derby for a bath from the soaking wet of rain and mud, then and some proper breaking of fast for Ramadhan Muslim month with french fries. LOL.

Anyway, tonite... Black Sabbath is headlining.

Megadeth is playing too.

i guess i will come late.

Hahaha.

Get back Bill Wards at least for a few songs and pay him the money damnit.

masa tu sekolah cammana, membesar cam mana, pengaruh hidup cammana, masa tu cara hidup macam mana...
Penuh kenangan ok, penuh nilai sentimental.

Lain kali mungkin aku review satu2, dengan penuh emosi.. haha.

Tersangat melampau dan kurang ajar kalau aku borong banyak2 ye tak? haha.

Sama macam Iron Maiden, dorang hantar kad krismas la pasal tu hari perayaan mereka dan tu je la mereka raikan, takkan pasal aku ni seorang Muslim, then Steve Harris nak kena tunggu Hari Raya baru hantar kat aku kan? Maka bila aku tayang Iron Maiden hantar aku kad raya? korang nak tanya aku Muslim ke atau aku Kristian dan aku ni kristianized ke hapa ntah. 
Tu budaya dorang.. dan memang Iron Maiden setiap tahun hantar kad xmas kat seluruh members fanclub satu dunia. Dorang tak tengok agama apa. 
Kalau kata besok ada kawan Kristian korang dapat kad hari raya dari artis kegemaran mereka..

Hands Of Doom is in the setlist, I understand we can only dream of some other popular songs they will not play, but seems nothing from the 13 album? I was just slowly liking '13'. LOL!!!

For me, personally, I hope lets get it over with, I hope to see them for the final time at Donington 2016 headlining Saturday night with the new Angra-Kiko included lineup reportedly back to their live very best Megadeth two slots before with Deftones in between and so I can go somewhere else and relax first or other stages for other bands LOL!!, its as near as I ever see Sabbath original trio of Ozzy/Iommi/GeezerButler play their hometown BIRMINGHAM which is 50KM away I guess.

I am sure their final dates at Birmingham in early 2017 will be the hottest ticket all over the world for this line-up maniacs.

Then I really hope Toni Iommi, gets back Tony Martin, call up Geezer Butler, call up Vinnie Appice and Bill Wards. Two drummers. Get Bobbi Rodenelli. 3 proper and surviving Sabbath drummers who plays with Toni Iommi from different eras..that would be better. 

And then we shall have a Toni Iommi leading Black Sabbath that plays all eras of Black Sabbath. Just for one last time.
And Paranoid can ends with the Heaven And Hell main riff again for the very last time.

My very first time ever seeing Black Sabbath was when they play Singapore back during Toni Martin Forbidden period and sadly Cozy Powell has left then, the one drummer I want to see live that I never got to see LOL!!! But still Bobbi Rodinelli is another Ritchie Blackmore Rainbow drummer too that night LOL!!

Its ok if Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy owns the copyright for Black Sabbath's name, Toni Iommi can always renamed it Forbidden or Headless Cross. I would really love that names for this self-fan-fantasy Black Sabbath band just for the last time.

Toni Iommi was back last few months reported as remixing the Forbidden album, so we never know.. 

Dua malam berturut2 - Back to back dates. 2007 Megadeth/Heaven & Hell. Is 2016 back to back dates possible for Maiden and Sharon Osbourne's Sabbath?

1. Tak dinafikan Soundwave Festival 2011 expose berpuluh2 ribu remaja2, golongan trendy dan golongan muda Australia dan rantau Asia/Oceania yang travel gi Soundwave ni kat Iron Maiden yang dalam segala macam band2 ambil bahagian tetap terulung menjadi Headliners.
Dan Iron Maiden dapat maximum exposure main Soundwave seluruh Australia, dan dalam masa sama buat dua "INTIMATE" shows kat Sydney & Melbourne untuk hardcores mereka.
Aku dapat backpack tengok dorang main dua2 intimate shows dan headline Soundwave kat Brisbane.
Waktu yang sama mereka singgah main kat Singapura, Jakarta, Bali dan Korea walau Jepun tak kesampaian kerana berapa minit sebelum kapalterbang mereka Ed Force One mendarat di Tokyo, gempa bumi (yang kemudian terjadi Tsunami yang korban banyak jiwa dan juga dalam masa yang sama masalah nuclear reactor bocor tu) berlaku.

Jadi aku boleh cakap la, banyak mata tumpu kat Promoter Soundwave nye cakap. Dan dengan Soundwave ni sekarang dah jadi festival DUA HARI - dua bandar sabtu ahad swap bands selang sehari..ikut style Rock Am Ring/Rock Im Ring walau yang itu tiga hari nye swap. (walaupun dorang dah skip bandar paling dekat dan MURAH dengan kita iaitu Perth dan aku harap Perth akan included balik pasal memang ni satu2 nye tempat murah untuk tengok band omputeh main kat tempat omputeh, dan kalau korang pandai bawak diri, pandai gunakan sepenuhnya kemudahan airport, lagi la murah...hehehe, walau mesti bersopan santun di immigresen sana dan jangan menggelabah pasal ni la satu2nye negara yang kasi aku terkejut beruk tanya " WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO STAY/SLEEP Tonite??""  Jangan jawab "Ooo... I sleep at your comfortable airport," cari nahas tu,!!),  tergamam jugak ok pasal aku tak sangka ditanya gitu.
Tapi COnfirm bukan France, Paris CDG kau pakai tshirt Iron Maiden, pegawai immigresen chop pasport dari jauh dah buat sign Ronnie James Dio. Balas balik sign Dio, cakap Up The Irons, chop pasport dah lepas..
maka hati aku berdetik cakap, Iron Maiden datang balik rantau Asia/Pacific ni bergantung kat Soundwave Festival. Memang boleh lain cara, tapi dengan Soundwave dorang dapat maksimum expose kat pasaran remaja dan anak muda Australia.
Untuk peminat2 hardcore yang cuma nak tengok Maiden je atau tiket Soundwave dah habis atau nak tengok banyak kali, tentu dorang boleh gi intimate shows.

Aku nak cuba tengok dorang main berapa shows la untuk next tour, jadi kalau gini la firasat nye, Iron Maiden akan main kat rantau ni awal 2017 musim Tahun Baru Cina macam 2011 tu hari.

Ni jugak aku rasa tertakluk kepada samada Maiden akan gunakan kapalterbang sendiri atau tidak. Dengan berita Bruce nak bukak syarikat penerbangan sendiri, aku rasa tentu akan jadi mudah.

Ghost live sangat Hidup. Of course opening untuk Maiden depan ramai orang, tentu dorang nak allout pamerkan kehebatan mereka.

Bastard nye Ghost ni kan, pasal Dave Grohl pun jadi producer dorang pun kan untuk EP If You Have Ghost, ada shows dimana ada peminat2 speku Dave Grohl yang jadi drummer untuk beberapa show yang dorang bersaing gitu.... Siot je kan? HAHAHA... Ye la mana2 shows yang  Ghost main berdekatan ngan area Foo Fighters main.

Aku pun masa tengok dorang tu kan? Masa dorang tengah setup aku speku, gitar tech dorang yang jugak jadi ahli Ghost hahaa...tak la....

3. Dah 70 Tahun ye Ritchie Blackmore. Aku rasa terus tenggelam la berita album terbaru Blackmore's Night si Man In Black ngan isteri dia Candice bila Ritchie Blackmore cakap tahun depan dia nak buat EMPAT SHOW. Empat show sahaja nak main lagu Deep Purple ngan Rainbow.

HATI AKU MERONTA OK!!, HATI AKU MENANGIS tapi aku tahu impossible la kan untuk cuba carik tiket dan backpacking kat empat tempat ni ye tak?
Hati aku cakap empat show tu ialah - Satu di London mungkin Hammersmith, satu di Jerman, satu di US, dan satu di Jepun mungkin Budokan. Ceehhhhhh....

4. Korang perasan tak Toni Iommi cakap dia nak REMIX FORBIDDEN??

Kalau sapa tak tahu... Zaman Forbidden ni la Black Sabbath first time main kat sini tapi dorang main kat Singapura je, Harbour Pavilion lama kat WTC.
Malaysia dorang tak main tu jam. Aku pergi la, wahhh gempak ok, aku kat barrier Toni Iommi depan mata Children of The Grave... Satu2 nye paling rock la dalam hidup aku hahaha.
Lepas tu telinga berdering dua hari aku ingat thats it....

OK Hati aku berdetik... hati aku yang macam sial ni berdetik.. Toni Iommi dah boring ngan SHARON OSBOURNE''S Black Sabbath, jadi dia nak remix Forbidden jadi dia boleh panggil Tony Martin untuk main live lagi sekali. Drummer dia boleh rotate - Bill Wards lagu lama, lain2 suruh Bobby Rodenelli atau Vinnie Appice.

Antara aku paling rasa kecewa dalam hidup sebagai peminat ialah, waktu Forbidden nye tour ni, Toni Iommi dah pakai Bobby Rodenelli (dekni pun Rainbow) dan bukan Cozy Powell.
So aku tak pernah dan tak akan tengok Cozy Powell main.
Bassist si Geezer Butler or sapa tu Neil Murray tu boleh main... kalau ada reunion Black Sabbath ngan Tony Martin

DALAM BANYAK2 BLACK SABBATH (yang aku lebih explore dengar dan dapat tengok), walaupun paling hebat ialah lineup ada Ronnie James Dio ngan nama baru dorang Heaven & Hell,
tapi zaman ngan Tony Martin ialah tak kurang hebatnye kerana zaman Tony Martin semua lagu dorang main tanpa ada bias, dari mana2 zaman pun tak jadi hal...
tu yang paling menarik dan istimewa la.

Serious berbual kenangan manis semanis nye bagi aku ialah ni dua je la Black Sabbath ngan Ronnie Dio dan Tony Martin, Ozzy nye zaman ok la lagu2 banyak gerek tetapi... zaman ni untuk aku kureng sikit... masa tengok Sharon Osbourne's Black Sabbath main, aku dah mencangkong duduk kat tanah gersang dah... apa kebenda siak drummer sudah drum solo, panjang lak tu, drummer tu bukan Black Sabbath pun...
Lain la Bill Wards...or at least Vinnie Appice.

So aku really can't wait ni Forbidden remix ni. Dan aku actually nak Ozzy main solo balik dan aku nak tunggu deluxe edition Ultimate Sin dan Bark At The Moon pulak lepas dua pertama tu.

Tu hari aku penat, so aku tengok pemandangan luar tingkap, then aku boleh teringat lagu SO TIRED. haha... Bark At The Moon, legend eh.. Waiting For Darkness. sedappp.

5. DVD dan live album terbaru Aerosmith kat Donington. Aku nak tangkap satu rasanya... dorang punye GEZEK kat youtube terbaik video editing dan kamera2 angles dia. Warna Warni. Cantik!!!

2013 aku ada kat Donington untuk tengok Maiden main, Ni pro-shot yang keluar kat televisyen BBC masa liputan festival Download,



dan bila aku tengok GEZEK AEROSMITH LIVE DONINGTON nye dvd tu, aku rasa feel dia sama.. Cewahhh...

Bila Bruce tukar liriks " A LITTLE ANXIOUS IN DONINGTON PARK" kat lagu ni memang menggambarkan perasaan aku....memang aku tengah trauma,

aku takut kena pijak atau kena rempuh aku tak boleh lari...menggerunkan. Aku tak nafikan aku seperti RUSA MASUK KAMPUNG masa kat Donington dikeliling omputeh tu semua. Tempat paling keramat la ni tempat dari segi duniawi... Selain Ashburton Grove (Emirates Stadium).
Tapi bila tengok video ni memang cantik, kenangan manis la untuk aku.

Aku boleh buat satu blog hanya untuk nak cakap pasal kat minute 3.00 video atas ni Bruce lari kat atas ramp sempit tu... LARI ATAS RAMP SEMPIT YANG TINGGI TU, sambil nyanyi "Have You Ever Been Alone at Night"
lepas tu pause tetiba, tangan semua lentok sana sini sambung nyanyi...  betul2 nye giler babi dan berani dekni dan cammana fitness dan tahap fizikal dia, dan cara dia timbangkan badan, ni show recorded ngan banyak giler kamera, seluruh show ada helicopter terbang atas kepala rakam dari atas, depan mungkin nak kat 100,000 peminat, ngan kejap2 hujan renyai2 turun kasi basah licin semua, dan dia boleh buat gitu....walau aku rasa setiap show pun dia akan buat gitu..

Aku rasa ni la satu contoh terbaik la kenapa kenapa dan kenapa dan mengapa la kan...




dan seminggu lepas show yang Aerosmith rakam kat Donington untuk DVD nak keluar ni, aku tengok Aerosmith main kat Hellfest.. paling dahsyat ok, I Dont Want To Miss A Thing ok kat Hellfest...lepas tu aku gi tengok Gorgoroth ngan Carcass kat pentas2 lain haha.

Tak gerek tu???  Aerosmith jadi warm up untuk aku tengok Gorgoroth ngan Carcass bila beralih pentas.

Sesuatu yang sangat Surreal.
