ParadiseLost -OneSecond 20th Anniversary 2cd, HansenXXXWacken Live, Helloween Japan only Sweet Seductions boxset

Firstly, a happy new year to all Muslims celebrating the new Islamic year of 1439 last Thursday evening.
As usual I will start in English and then in Bahasa Melayu Malay Language. 
Lots of photos as usual, with a bit of review and opinion, plus lots of talk cock.

I bought this album again!! albeit 20 years gap. LOL!!!
Paradise Lost can play anything.
Though with new album MEDUSA they go back to their traditional death doom, growling, s... l... o....w... style.,  this is from what I hear on the internet, I have not yet bought the cd.
Even much slower than Plague Within before this.

I love this One Second album from last time it came out.
Basically its the best album that neither Depeche Mode or Pet Shop Boys did not make. 
Superb electronicpop songs like Mercy, Lydia, Disappear, One Second, This Cold Life, but do not be mislead about all the comments in the internet and magazines too much, there are still some very nice heavy fast songs here for example Say Just Words and Soul Courageous.
In addition , Blood of Another has this haunting keyboards sound.

Now, I bought it again for the Paradise Lost One Second 20th Anniversary Edition.

Not exactly so much for the remastered version, as I have no problem with the original pressing,
but because of the 2nd CD.

So now I have a official live CD of the concert that supports the One Second album.
SIX SONGS at least from One Second is played live on the 2nd cd in this 20th Anniversary release.
Plus more songs from Draconian Times album to backwards from their early days.., like True Belief, Shadow King etc..

A very nice live album, so its worth the buy for me this anniversary edition.

HANSEN & FRIENDS Thank You Wacken Live.

I bought this double disc (one cd and one dvd), is because there is a few nice live rendition of the Hansen XXX album.
This show was performed before the release of that XXX studio album.

Songs like Born Free and Burning Bridges are as great as any Helloween Classic.
Contract Song is hilarious and very funny, like any funny Helloween song.
The stage banter is comedic.
A very good buy. I dont have time to watch the DVD, as I only rip the music to my player and listen to the songs only when I am walking, waiting or riding on the public buses and trains.

I enjoyed this live album very much. I saw a bit of the dvd footage and its very nice too.

Oooohh The musicians and guest singers are great, the lady singer Clementine sounds and looks good too.
Ooohh and of course Michael Kiske is in the album too...

So if you are a Helloween fan, this is a very very good buy.


Speaking of Helloween..

There is a very very nice JAPAN RELEASE ONLY call Sweet Seduction.

It will be a 4 disc set of 3cd and 1dvd.
It will have few songs songs from each and every Helloween studio albums VOTED BY HELLOWEEN FANS IN JAPAN.
I think all the 3 cds will have a total of 46 songs with two unreleased songs in Japan.
Plus the dvd will have the music videos.

I hope to get my hands on this release. It will come out in November probably to coincide with the
Pumpkin United World Tour.
And I saw this so-called possible setlist of Pumpkin United.
What a dream setlist indeed.

So lets hope Pumpkin United play shows in both Malaysia and Singapore, so I can go two shows.

And if Helloween's PUMPKINS UNITED open for Iron Maiden on Maiden's heavily rumoured and gossip by fans worldwide of 2018 LEGACY of the BEAST tour,
then... I have an even stronger excuse for my what is now seems an annual backpacking adventure to see Iron Maiden play in different places, cities and countries again and again. If i can save up without disrupting my real life responsibilities that is, Lol!!!

SALAM SEMUA DAN SELAMAT MEYAMBUT TAHUN BARU KALENDER ISLAM.

OK, aku cuma cakap sikit je la tapi aku rasa nanti mesti panjang.

Pertama sekali paling atas tu, lagi sekali lepas 20 tahun, aku beli lagi album Paradise Lost One Second.
Memang, ni album memang terkejut beruk waktu tu.. dan akan lagi tambah terkejut beruk dengan beberapa album selepas ini lewat 90an dan awal 2000an.

Macam aku cakap kat atas ni la album paling terbaik yang Depeche Mode mahupun Pet Shop Boys tak keluarkan.
OK pasal PSB lagi happy sikit, memang sesuai lebih kepada DM.
Seperti sapa pernah baca blog ni, band music paling setan untuk aku ialah DM.

DM ialah satu2 nya band yang paling sesuai main kat Festival Hellfest. Main headliner malam.
Tentu seronok kalau Iron Maiden headline satu malam Hellfest atau Donington, dan DM headline lagi satu malam.

Apa pun, khabarnya Hellfest nye tiket dah habis dijual, padahal headliners dan banyak bands belum diumum, 
walau desas desus banyak kat forum Maiden ialah maiden akan headline Hellfest 2018.

Masa aku gi dulu Hellfest, masih boleh dapat tiket selepas Iron Maiden announce akan headline, tapi nampaknya sekarang tiket sold out dulu sebelum diumumkan..
Hellfest sangat best dan memang bands yang beraksi berbagai ragam dari pop rock sampai Tsujder sampai Emperor (dengan drummer Faust) seperti tahun aku pergi..
dengan clash giler2...
waktu Soundgarden main pentas utama, Paradise Lost main pentas kecil dalam khemah besar giler (teka la band mana aku gi tengok main kan? ) haha.
waktu Iron Maiden headline main 2 jam kat pentas utama, Watain main pentas kecil dalam khemah.
Memang giler babi clash2 kat Hellfest.

Aku pernah terfikir nak backpack lagi sekali, kalau Iron Maiden headline la, tapi dengan keadaan sekarang tiket dah sold out sebelum announcement band, aku rasa takkan dapat gi sana lagi la. haha.


OK nak cerita pasal album2 atas tu pun aku dah cakap omputeh, so korang baca yang text omputeh atas je la ...

Aku harap aku memiliki koleksi unik ni, dan kalau ada kat tangan aku, aku cerita la kat sini nanti..

Dan paling last tu, aku jumpa kat satu website Brazil kot? entah betul entah tidak, tapi nampak macam realistik susunan lagu2 yang dijangka merupakan setlist untuk PUMPKIN UNITED.

Aku rasa sangat terkilan ialah kerana tour Straight Out Of Hell, dorang tak main di Singapore atau KL, ni kerana album tu sangat dahsyat, dan lagu2 setlist untuk tour tersebut sangat dahsyat, dahsyat serupa semua planet di cakerawala tersusun satu barisan...

Paradise Lost - The Plague Within (eco-book version)

Salam Semua, Dari Kumpulan Rock Melayu Wings, kita ke...Kumpulan Rock Omputeh.. lagi tepat lagi Kumpulan Rock dari UK, PARADISE LOST.

As usual I will talk a bit in my Broken English, and then followed by me talking in my BASTARDIZED Malay Language.

I had liked and still like Paradise Lost, one of those bands that can play different style of music which range from the heaviest DOOM-miest music right to the most "electro - techno" tunes and their fans still love them. This has not taken into consideration the vocal delivery that range from the depths of bowels of hell to a sweet angelic one LOL!!

I finally got to see them play last year, and it was a very wonderful experience especially being surrounded by like-minded Paradise Lost fans.
Though I find it weird as live, their setlist of songs style differ so much from one song to the next that each song needs for me to adjust how to react.

I think that is a sign of a great band. They can play what they like with no worries about BEING ACCEPTED or not. 

The new album when it was announced, The Plague Within - as usual with previous new Paradise Lost albums makes a guessing game. Will it be another Depeche Mode style or back to their Gothic Doom style or somewhere in between?
But all is well, Nick Holmes return back with some songs sung in his Death Metal Growls style of old, there are enough varieties of songs to make me happy.

Greg Mackintosh is simply a master for Paradise Lost, he wrote all the songs alone on this album, and his lead guitars is so wonderful to hear on this album.

I hear this album the first time and I dont get it, after listening to it a few times, especially in the still of the night, alone walking on the streets or on the bus and train, in the coldness of night, then I think this is another very very good Paradise Lost album.

Paradise Lost is so beautifully and sweetly depressing. LOL!!

Anyway, this is the Eco-Book version so it has Victim of the Past with two versions.
The 2nd version is a live version I think taken from the BULGARIA show that was intended for a DVD coming soon...

masa diumumkan Paradise Lost nak keluar album baru, terus mesti saspens, pasal tak tahu apa style muzik dorang nak mainkan...
Adakah Eletronics, adakah akan lagi baik dari Depeche Mode? Atau main style Gothic / Doom Metal dorang?
Tapi sebelum keluar album ni kan Nick Holmes penyanyi dorang dah masuk kumpulan supergroup Death Metal Sweden - Bloodbath dan Bloodbath nye album baru kan keluar dulu tu hari, jadi boleh agak la arah tujuan style Paradise Lost ni kali kan.

Lepas tu lagi satu... lagu pertama yang dipersembahkan di laman internet, siap ngan video ialah lagu Beneath Broken Earth..

Wah so tu jam dalam hati aku cakap, lagu rancak!! lagu rancak!!! hah kau!! sekali terkejut beruk ok.

so lagi la aku suspens lagu pertama dipersembahkan dari album ni... adakah ni momentum album terbaru... ??

So aku bila dapat cd ni, wahhhhh pasang... takut2 ok nak dengar haha...

Lagu pertama album ni ialah NO HOPE IN SIGHT...




 WOOO GEMBIRA ok lagu pertama album macam gini... dah agak mesti semua lagu sedap yang lain haha. Ni lagu, dah kul 11 malam, 12 malam, korang jalan kaki sorang2 dalam gelap, naik bas dah takde penumpang gitu, pasang headphone bukak kuat2..., wahhhhh, TANGKAP!!! Ni la kelebihan Paradise Lost...boleh kasi aku tangkap gitu bila ada waktu yang sesuai.


Then dengar lagi...
Ohh Beneath Broken Earth ialah rupanya lagu paling slow album ni,
cuma Sacrifice The Flame, momentum sama macam Beneath Broken Earth

Lain2 semua tak slow sangat tapi of course la depressing2 doom2 gothic2 style gitu macam Paradise Lost buat dari dulu,
dan ada lagu rancak..contoh  Flesh From The Bone..




Nick Holmes tak semua lagu dia buat suara growl lama dia untuk album ni, lagu lain biasa2 je suara dia.

Tapi aku nak komplen la, Paradise Lost ni suka tukar2 drummer haha.

Tapi lagi 4 orang tu maintain la, Nick, Greg , rhythm gitaris yang suka goyang2 badan goyang2 bontot kepala botak tu dan jugak ngan bassist dia, kebelakang je bassist dia... dah tu live dvds Paradise Lost cam kureng je bassist dia..sedih.

Dan of course la ada macam2 style lagu, ada pompuan nyanyi pun backing kat satu lagu, dan of course untuk telinga aku ada satu lagu ROCK MAMPOS tetap ada iaitu lagu CRY OUT..



secara keseluruhan aku suka la ni album, aku harap dapat tengok Paradise Lost main lagi...

dan aku harap dapat tengok konsert dorang sendiri, atau dorang headline..

Masa aku tengok dorang kat Hellfest dorang main dalam satu jam? 70 minit gitu je.

So tu jam jadual waktu tu cakap Paradise Lost main petang la, kul 4 gitu, then kat Altar stage, dan korang tahu Paradise Lost clash ngan sapa kat main stage?
SOUNDGARDEN!!

So mula2 macam, kongajar betul la Hellfest, asyik band clash yang aku nak tengok dua2,
tapi fikir bagus jugak... Biar semua orang pergi tengok Soundgarden, yang confirm nak tengok Paradise Lost tentu peminat2 dorang kan...

HAH KAU!!! Bergoyang2 mamat2 Peranchis ni semua haha, happy siot.

Nah...tahun lepas Paradise Lost main kat Hellfest pentas kecik Altar clash ngan Soundgarden, rasa macam semalam...

Aku keluar kan handphone kejap tangkap video pendek masa Say Just Words.


Happening, aku diri tepi2 dah, kat tengah...dah la tak nampak stage, dah tu semua huru-hara tak kuasa aku...haha. Diri diam2 sopan santun dah.

Paradise Lost - In Requiem (4 x 7" vinyl box +cd boxset, 2000 copies worldwide)

Dari kubu perang Kalemegdan di kota Belgrade dengan sejarah Uthmaniyah nye kepada sesuatu yang lain..

I just cannot resist this special boxset and its been sitting there in Roxy the record shop, it always have made me wonder why its sitting there because this is a rare boxset of music from one very very excellent band, and its about time I grabbed it. 

I dont know why nobody else buy this boxset as its Paradise Lost In Requiem and Roxy already reduced the price substantially. A very very good metal album from 2007.

Its 2000 pcs limited boxset worldwide. The original 11 songs plus three bonus songs is arranged into 4 separate cute 7 inch vinyls. 

Also, the same songs are packed into one CD in the same boxset, but without the missing bonus track "Godless", the instrumental. Plus the lyrics are printed on a huge poster, I dont know if other versions carry the same poster sheet. 

The problem with Paradise Lost is they have so many different pressings of each albums with different bonus tracks, which for fans means better value for money.

Paradise Lost IN REQUEIM is a very very good album though its hard to compare it to their other releases as they tend to stray to different musical styles often from The Death, The Doom, The Gothic, Electronics and Synth-pop "Depeche Mode" mode, with Nick Holmes different singing delivery to fit each style of music.

Paradise Lost ni macam pening gitu nak cakap style dorang pasal dorang tukar2 style..

Dorang ni jenis terkejut2 gitu suka tok nenek dorang nak buat album style apa..

Jadi setiap kali Paradise Lost keluar album baru, memang saspens.

Kalau korang baca pasal dorang dan tulisan2 pasal dorang, album2 dorang bercorak Death-Doom mula2, lepas tu ada cakap dorang la pelopor Gothic Metal yang mungkin betul la pendapat ni, lepas tu dorang masuk style Electronics/Synth-Pop style gelap2 gitu dan boleh buat lagu2 dan album yang tersangat lagi Depeche Mode dari Depeche Mode sendiri la pada aku, lepas tu dorang main metal balik..

Penyanyi dorang Nick Holmes pun, setiap album lain2 cara nyanyian dia, kadang2 buat death growl, kadang2 nyanyi cam biasa..

Ni terbaru ni dia dah dipilih untuk jadi penyanyi terbaru, ( tapi dia masih sama ngan Paradise Lost jugak,) untuk band death metal Sweden, Bloodbath, jadi yang tu dia buat style suara growl dia balik la... ok la, ada dah keluar kat youtube dah sapa minat... 

Sedap band Bloodbath ni, apa tu? elite Sweden death metal? siap elite lagi ok? tak kesah la apa pun nak panggil. Aku pening genre2 ni. 

Kembali semula ke topik perbualan,

Album In Requiem ni tahun 2007, kira album kembali sepenuhnye jiwa metal la kot?...lepas abis la dorang dah syok dah puas buat beberapa lagu2 style Depeche Mode cam kat album One Second dan Host..

Album ni kalau dengar, memang tetap la dia punya gothic tu ada... Kalau korang tahu Madonna punye Frozen??, hah teringat2 gitu, lagu Requiem la, aku macam rasa intro dia Madonna nak nyanyi lagu Frozen haah,

.... Serious berbual, Madonna Frozen antara lagu paling sedap la. I mean Madonna, pukul abis la dia punye lagenda ia tak? dari 80an dulu sampai sekarang dia masih maintain quality-control lagu2 dia sedap2.

Dan jugak, album In Requiem tetap ada pengaruh pop, korang tahu lagu Everything But The Girl "Missing"? when I missed you, like the desert missed the rain" tu..? hah...dorang cover version tapi dah tranform la lagu ni..

Ni ialah kira bonus song la jugak, sebenarnya album ni ada 11 lagu, tapi dapat dua lagu lagi....

Paradise Lost ni dia punye penyanyi, dua gitaris, bassist tak tukar, cuma drummer je dorang tukar2, tapi band ni cengkih dia pada aku ialah lead gitaris dia la si Greg Mackintosh. Hebat la dekni, ni band bukan jenis banyak solo memanjang nye, mana sesuai situ la solo sikit sikit...tapi....macam buat aku tertunggu2 gitu....

Mungkin ni album terbaik Paradise Lost la pada sebahagian orang, tapi untuk aku tetap DRACONIAN TIMES la, pada aku Draconian Times ialah antara album metal terbaik la aku pernah dengar.. nak2 kalau korang beli album yang ada nasik tambah extra2 tu...cam  Walk Away la apa la...

Tu pun cover version - Sister Of Mercy.

OK, lagu2 dalam boxset ni jumlah 11 lagu yang memang ada dalam album asli In Requiem dan tiga lagu bonus untuk versi piring hitam 7 inci sebanyak 4 keping rekod, dan jugak dalam cd tu ada 11 lagu tadi campur dua lagu bonus, yang takde cuma lagu "Godless". Instrumental lagu ni.

OK balik kepada lagu2 dalam album ni selain Godless instrumental tadi yang kejap je pun tak panjang..., semua lagu sedap la ye tak?? Memang untuk aku sedap...

Tapi ada yang menarik yang betul2 tarik perhatian aku contoh cam...lagu Your Own Reality tu, ada part Greg Mackintosh masuk dah ingatkan aku kat JS Bach Air On A G String,

giler kan?

everytime part tu aku teringat...

Berbagai rentak, kalau ikut halwa telinga aku, album ni momentum dia makin rancak makin rancak gitu setiap lagu...  

tak kesah la kan.. tapi aku dengar album ni, makin semakin lagu, makin aku naik syok...

tapi kalau live Paradise Lost suka main lagu The Enemy dari album ni. 

Tapi semua lagu sedap la dari mula - Never For The Damned, Ash & Debris, Praise Lamented Shade, 

Then terus masuk Requiem , Unreachable, Prelude To Descent... wahh...syok..

Fallen Children, Beneath Black Skies, Sedative God, Your Own Reality , ni semua gerekkk.. terutama aku feeling gitu lagu Sedative God.. 
catchy tersangat lagu ni....

bonus nye lagu2,

Missing & Silent In Heart pun sedap la , Silent In Heart rancak sangat...

Godless tu cam aku cakap tadi instrumental...tapi bahagian piring hitam je, bahagian cd dorang tak sumbat lagu ni kat boxset ni...

Anyway, Paradise Lost, lirik2 dorang memang cantik, mendalam.... menyentuh jiwa,  menyentuh kalbu... 

^^ Paradise Lost ni katalah kalau ada orang tanya aku, dorang nak mungkin experimen dengar, album mana nak dengar dulu? ^^

Aku cadangkan Draconian Times la, pasal Draconian Times ni bukan sahaja setiap lagu samada gerek nak mampos atau pun sekurang2 sedap dan seronok, tapi pertengahan la kot? tak la doomy deathy sangat atau tak la Techno sangat...

Pengalaman aku tengok Paradise Lost main ialah suasana yang surreal sekali,

Tu jam Hellfest la ye kan...

Korang tahu, jadual Hellfest hari Ahad tu jam, PARADISE LOST main sama waktu dengan kumpulan SOUNDGARDEN.

Giler punye clash kan? Soundgarden ok!!..Pertembungan dua gergasi la pada aku...

Tak dinafikan SOUNDGARDEN adalah nama tersohor dalam arena muzik gitar rancak ye tak?

Jadi memang la, aku tak yah ditanya nak pilih mana satu kan...   of course Paradise Lost la untuk aku. Walau kalau clash ngan band lain mesti la aku nak tengok Soundgarden ye tak? tapi hari tu memang kirim salam la ye Soundgarden. Paradise Lost is waiting at the smaller stage, thank you.

Jadi... masa Soundgarden main depan berpuluh2 ribu orang kat main stage1 ke 2? aku pun dah lupa, kira yang kat dalam khemah Altar tu boleh dikatakan peminat2 Paradise Lost je la....

So memang suasana dia memang terasa la, kira orang sekeliling aku memang into it....

Paradise Lost ni kan? Live dorang punye setlist huru-hara tau...

Kejap lagu heavy nak mampos , doom , gothic, metal abis la....

abis tu tiba2 masuk zaman One Second ngan Host...

Memang best la, setiap lagu pun layan... tu la aku cakap mungkin ada peminat2 Paradise Lost pun pening la tengok ni band, 

Aku suka ni band, aku memang pening layan ni band... haha.

Kejap kejap... ni la satu minit lebih aku rakam suasana masa aku tengok Paradise Lost kat Hellfest tu, 

Aku harap korang boleh rasa betapa happening nye Paradise Lost main depan peminat2 dorang kat Hellfest kat video pendek ni.

Perasan aku sangat gembira tu jam, akhirnya dapat tengok dorang main, walau cam biasa, lagu2 aku suka memang banyak takde la.... Boleh True Belief punnnnn.... dorang tak main?? Apa lagi lagu2 lain yang aku suka yang confirm dorang takkan main?

Bonjour and Bonsoir everyone...My continuation of short reviews, mostly photos and also personal itsy gritty stories and memories that etched on my mind regarding my experience at Hellfest 2014.

On a bloody hot Sunday afternoon which makes me feel dehydrated often,
and by third day, the dust has really dominated the place after the festival's ground being trampled on non-stop since Friday...I was still in two minds of either later watching the more familiar thrash of Annihilator at the mainstage or this unique band Equilibrium from Germany playing at the tents.
After Powerwolf (standby for an avalance of the wolves photos taken by me in coming blogs LOL!) played a lovely wonderful hot shiny bright afternoon set, I sacrificed Repulsion at the tents to go to the merchandise stands that carries the participating bands merch. Please take note the bands merchandise stands is separate and far away from the more prominent and strategically located Hellfest merchandise. So Don't Blow All Your Spending Money At The Hellfest Merchandise Stands if you are on a shoestring backpacking budget like me. Another thing, the three days of Hellfest with different bands means the possibility of the merchandise sold at the Bands stands are rotated daily. So you may want to check it at least once daily if you want to get something that you really like. Also, take note, some bands created wonderful event t-shirts just for their Hellfest or France visits for 2014. (Maiden of course has a brilliant 2014 France event tshirt with Eddie I think wearing the French Napoleon hat, of course you can get the same design on the internet, but the special ones with the dates can only be found in Hellfest and Arras).

Waiting for my turn, at the same listening to Seether who are playing at mainstage 1, I observe the others buying their band tshirts. Trust me, on Sunday afternoon, the most popular tshirts sold by far that I observed were Powerwolf and Equilibrium. Me? I will show one of the tshirt I bought later in the post.

So I decide to watch Equilibrium play first, and then I will proceed to catch some ending of Annihilator where I can have my dosage of Alice In Hell, and knowing Dark Angel will play mainstage 1 immediately after that.
 I was surprised as the Temple stage was packed, and lots of people were cheering for Equilibrium even before they start playing. They got a lady now in the band on bass.
What a blasting time. Equilibrium sounds folksy, definitely metal, singing in German, Wikipedia says they mix German folk music with Black Metal and Progressive Metal, and singing about German folklore and legends. OK, thats fine, Wikipedia can say anything and still I am really liking what I saw and heard of this band very much.

Ooo there is a pro-shot of EQUILIBRIUM full show in Hellfest broadcasted for France TV I guess, here it is... Hurrah... Check them out.... I really really like this band now... Very funny too the singer words and actions...also pouring that water on the lady bassist head..

Unfortunately as it happened often for me, I cannot see the whole Equilibrium show till end as I want to see at least a bit of Annihilator at mainstage 2. So I had to happily frolicking thru the sand dust of Clisson LOL!!.. OK, lets watch Annihilator from a bit far, as I want to be quite near the stage 1, as its another thrash band playing Dark Angel immediately after.

Moving on....to the band Dark Angel with the irresistible special tshirt that they came out with ESPECIALLY ONLY FOR HELLFEST 2014, WITH THEIR BAND LOGO IN THE COLOURS OF THE BLUE WHITE AND RED OF FRANCE and a We Have Returned Hellfest 2014 for te back, How can I no to this tshirt LOL!!!!
Here it is... Anyway I am late so the size is limited, but I really love the tshirt so I have no choice but to buy a bigger size hahaaha. Not so motivational to myself isnt it?? hahahaha.

Oooo Dark Angel, used to be like, on cassette tapes long ago LOL!!!!. Now they had reformed, and a last minute replacement for Megadeth who cancelled as James Ellefson brother passed away.
I took some photos of Dark Angel, here they are..... and live they are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! ooo the happy tornadoes forming at the center with the audience hahaha.... as usual, I am politely away from any storm brewing LOL!!

Ahhh, lets continue with the thrash metal bands momentum, though it could be Culture Club or Spandau Ballet and as long as its nice I will like it.
Toxic Holocaust, I watch them from FAR FAR AWAY LAND OF SHREK haha... As I was then checking out the different food that is sold at Hellfest food stalls. Looking at something I can eat... I was bloody starving when Toxic Holocaust was playing. this was on day one I remembered.

Even from a distance, with me in the blazing hot sun, Toxic Holocaust sounds superb and exciting.

The something Down Under is Destroyer 666,
Something special... I “”caught”” them at the side of the Temple getting ready to start their show. OOOOHH!!! Its those Destroyer 666 guys!!! ME TAKE OUT CAMERA AND ME PAPARAZZZI!!!!!.

I brought my busybody self ( KEPO’NESS) all the way to Hellfest HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Last but not least for this blog post...
An English band that I really like, PARADISE LOST. A repertoire of wonderful songs has been made by them from the metal to the electronics and Draconian Times is one of the best album ever for myself especially the versions with the added Sisters Of Mercy's cover Walk Away. 
Like I said, Paradise Lost clashed with Soundgarden, so I can guess those who are at the Altar stage are majority Paradise Lost fans, so I am in good company. They played for about 50 minutes so I dont expect many of my favourite songs to be played, but still quite a few. Anyway, they can play any older or newer songs and I would be just glad. Some songs like Enchantment and Say Just Words etc really gets the audience going.

I had such a really enjoyable memorable time during this set. At last I saw Paradise Lost live. Maybe next time I will try stand at Greg Mackintosh’s side of the audience. Though I doubt I will ever see this band play live again.
