kat dia nye bahagian2 bawah roof tu pun ada ayat2 suci jugak..( melayu ada term untuk that particular location kot? aku dah lupa word2 ada kena mengena ngan bumbung/atap all that )



Bahagian belah sana tu ingatkan aku kat kedai gunting rambut nye gigi trimmer dan yang dekat tu cam gear eh..



this is one of the locations where the worshippers can take their ablution. Aceh ceh ceh, wa speaking london betul ke? Takkan kita nak cakap kita ambik air semayang cakap take prayer water lak kan? Mesti mat salleh ke sapa ke konpius kalau kita cakap " this place, we take prayer water ".

ni kalo kita semua time budak2 main kejar2 polis and thief mesti gerek eh..
nak main sembunyik2 susah ah, pillar dia semua halus2. Kalo besar sikit, fullamak mesti kecoh. kejap2 POM!! kejap2 POM!!!



Aku suka yang ni, dia gelap sikit pasal area sini matahari tak masuk sangat, also lampu tu jam tak on.


main hall. Discreet abis wa snap. Walau cuma ada berapa jemaah je yang ngah ibadah, tapi tak mau ah aku open2 snap, mau kang security datang mengamuk kat aku kang.


So ni kat dewan utama dia. Lush carpet, chandeliers, mihrab, mimbar all that. Korang nengok glass2 dia lawa woo kaler2 gitu and also decorated ayat2 suci.



Pillar2 mesjid ni memang pengsi abis. Kalo yang kat luar tu bawah cam salut mas gitu, kat dalam lak cam gini gitu..

Last kopek dewan utama. Budak2 tu tiga kecik je berbanding ngan main hall ni.



Besar tau, very vast.



Tak jalan abis ah...tapi korang get the idea berapa besar kawasan ni. Untuk sapa2 yang belum sampai lagi mesjid tv ni, kadang2 nengok kat tv tak sama ngan tengok ngan mata sendiri.



Kepala hotak aku dari tadi asyik nyanyi lagu kumpulan Kiss " I Stole Your Love " je, tapi nengok gambo ni, aku pikir aku hapal lagu rock/metal sanggup siap melodi line, gitar solo semua kat kepala hotak aku bleh humming exactly wakaka, tapi hapal surah2 pendek kat juz 30, aku hapal inna'attaina, kulhuwallah, lagi.. errr..err..hehe.
tu pun ntah betul ke tak aku baca sebutan dia.

Last bus, aku sangat suka gambo ni....
kesian dorang, letih sangat kot. I've been there before, tido kat public places, so I know how it feels.

hail! hail! hail and kill! all ( skarang radio ngah main lagu No More I Love You's yang lagu Dracula tu kan, aku suka sey lagu ni.. )

Cam biasa cuma kat keja aku dengar radio ( class 95fm ), ngah rehat kejap, so terus kdhr hoho..

korang kalo go thru news past few days, korang mesti terperasan ada satu penulis nama Norman Mailer meninggal dunia.

Aku pun tak tahu sapa dekni, apa lagi tak pernah baca apa2 tulisan dia, tapi, nama dia ni synonym ngan waktu aku mula2 belajar chat kat internet, tu jam zaman 90an, zaman dial up, yang modem besar tu. Dial up kalo dah capai 56kbps dah kira paling canngih tu jam. Skarang ni dah takde benda ler, semua rembat broadband je.

Tu jam, satu lagu yang aku suka, dan memang sesuai ngan diri aku baru berjinak2 cyber chatting ni lagu Savage Garden - Santa Monica. ( Korang jangan kutuk ler, aku ada satu kawan brader in metal, kutuk aku siak aku cakap aku suka Savage Garden wakaka, biasaler, lagu2 dorang kan cam meleleh stok geli2 gitu kan, tapi aku tak pedulik aku suka siak 1st album wakaka, aku siap beli cd dia yang limited edition dapat dua cd ngan remix version ).

Moving on, untuk sapa tak tahu, akhir nye Live After Death. ( ala...video konsert Iron Maiden dari tahun 1985 dulu yang zaman dulu kita semua nengok pakai video tape dan yang ada famous words - SCREAM FOR ME LONG BEACH!!! hohoho, mulitply lama aku pakai ni nama ler ekekeke ) akan released officially dalam bentuk DVD bulan feb 2008.




Kalo sapa korang dah ada bentuk DVD, tu semua pirated, sumber original dari pasaran Brazil berapa tahun lepas. Buang sua!! Tunggu ni keluar nanti.
Tapi kalo korang yang hardcore collectors, memang actually ada lagi cantik LAD nye dvd bentuk dvdr yang hardcore collectors buat transfer dari video tape ke Laser Disc aku tak tahu, tapi aku ada somewhere. Tapi tu pun nak kena buang pun haha.

So kenapa korang nak kena cek out Live After Death DVD ni..
Selain dari one of the greatest rock concerts ever recorded on video and audio, bonus features kat dvd ni jugak ada documentary zaman mid 80s tu ( actually ni early days part 2 nye documentary ler kira ),
also, ada Behind The Iron Curtain, ok forget it kalo korang minat Maiden ke tak, tapi kalo korang atau sapa2 minat zaman 1984 di blok komunis, negara2 kuku besi eropah timur, kehidupan dorang, pakaian dorang, suasana tempat dorang, sapa nak nengok betapa chaotic konsert zaman tu, ni la rencana yang korang kena tengok. Maiden salah satu band pertama main kat blok komunis dan rakam aku rasa most of the footage kat Poland.
also, ada footage Rock In Rio 85, ni depan rabid fans kecoh giler about 300,000 orang. Ramai beb, tapi tu jam Maiden bukan headliner, tapi 2nd to headliners Queen. Tapi aku rasa sayang nye footage kat dvd ni ialah 50 minit je, tapi kalo korang collect Maiden nye bootlegs, korang tahu dah ada dvdr transfer dari some old Brazillian tv footage yang panjang nye about 90minits. Aku ada hoho. Apa yang best, Revelations, Bruce Dickinson swing gitar dia ( sapa tak tahu, zaman tu kalo lagu Revelations Bruce jadi 3rd gitaris part depan, sila nanti nengok Live After Death ), dan terus swing dia tu kena muka dia, berdarah siak.. dan jugak Bruce Dickinson mengamuk ngan sound man dia, dia pekik2 maki2 masa atas stage waktu solos pasal dia aku rasa tak dengar, monitor dia rosak ke hapa ntah. So cek it out k.

p.s - skarang radio ngah main lagu Drift Away.. ni lagu lama ni, tapi aku 1st time dengar lagu ni bila kawan aku pinjamkan aku kaset bootleg Bon Jovi I think tahun 1988 gitu ( so korang bleh tahu aku dah expose kat bootlegs dah berapa lama hahaha ). Bon Jovi sua cover ni lagu, best giler, slowwwww abis.

Actually kan aku tambah ayat ni last pasal aku baru realise, ni more kenangan pahit manis aku zaman tu waktu Teori Domino baru originally released, dan kenangan track by track original album ni, dari actually mengreview cd revisited ni tapi hentam je la.

Original album ni ( tu jam bentuk kaset ) dikeluarkan tahun 1990.
Sembilan Belas Sembilan Puluh. Nineteen Nighty.
KORANG KAT MANA? Aku tu jam, errmm masa kaset Teori Domino Wings ni keluar tu jam, aku dalam proses berenti sekolah jc ( tak bilang mak aku pun dan aku always wonder apsal form teacher aku waktu tu dapat surat tulisan tangan aku cuma tulis " I am stopping school, thank you " takde follow up pun tepon aku ke, tepon mak aku ke,or memang the form teacher cant be bothered aku gi sekolah ke tak or what hahaa.

Thanks for the memories anyway,banyak aku belajar sekolah kat situ haha. Bukan belajar pelajaran tapi kehidupan, tapi ada jugak sweet memories ler, essay aku dibaca kat kelas sebagai good example how to write an essay hahaha, ( one of the best memories of my school life, takde orang nak sudi kawan ngan orang jahat cam aku, tapi teacher General Paper aku baca tulisan aku, dan setiap kelas dia ajar, dia cakap pasal tulisan aku. Dan jugak,aku budak repeat, budak tak pernah punctual kaki ponteng kelas tapi aku malay GCE AO dapat A1 walau tu jam aku dah tahu aku repeat dan nak berenti sekolah dah. Apa eh essay aku tulis untuk paper tu? " baik buruk kahwin cepat dan lambat " wakakaka. Siot, kepala aku mereng, dan tapi ntah eh, aku suka menulis.

Kat cikgu bahasa melayu yang tuduh aku makan pill waktu rehat!! I will never forget you!! Dont ever accuse your students ambik drugs in front of the class. I will never forget it dia cakap kat aku depan satu bilik darjah - "orang lain waktu rehat makan nasik, awak makan pill!! " damn you! its not funny even if its meant to be a joke which I dont think you were, I'd seen how drugs destroy people, maybe you aint, so dont talk smack about drugs, but thanks a lot for showing your true colors coming thru, i see your true colors... ( Cyndi Lauper nye version gerek! )

Lepas tu wa gatal masuk poly pulak, pasal malas nak masuk NS cepat2 haha. Tu jam mana ingat pasal belajar, lagipun tu jam, sekolah free, Aku masih generasi dimana scheme " tunjuk IC mak bapak sebagai Malay, terus dapat free education".
Masih ingat aku ngan satu kawan gi apply poly ni kaset teori domino kat dalam walkman.

Tu jam kalo dengar lagu Sejati je kan, semua tunggu last part tu nak abis tu nyanyi backing " Kenangan itu!! " korang mesti tau part mana nye kan haha.

zaman tu jugak, Search ngan Wings tu jam ada gig anti drugs kat indoor stadium ( hari minggu kelmarin ni aku baca kat Harian Metro interview si mamat tu cakap kalo tak ambik dadah rasa cam pondan? selenggg kan? tapi mentaliti melayu mana2 sama ah.., gomen je lain2. Dan mentaliti tu tak ubah2 dari dulu.
Anyway back to that gig aku tak gi, tapi tu jam apa aku tahu masa lagu Rantai, ada budak2 pencak silat ke hapa ntah join in.

Apa aku can recall from the original kaset, inlet kaset dia satu gambo je hitam putih, padahal tu jam inlet panel kaset2 melayu semua gambo banyak2.. Dan Wings individually list down instruments, gadgets dan equipments dorang pakai. Very the informative inlet panels dari ntah hapa2 ntah Hukum Karma nye kaset inlet kalo korang ingat siap iklan kaset2 lain.

Rantai - Aku tak suka part tengah tu yang huh huh tu, waste time.

Sejati - Aku tak suka lagu ni tu jam pasal overplayed. Radio keep playing. Aku prefer the hidden treasure kat album ni " Harapan ".
Tapi tu jam radio 94.2FM ( ni spore nye la ) aku masih ingat bila kaset ni keluar, dua2 lagu dalam top 10 LPMI or something, lepas tu Sejati je bertahan.

Romania - Tu jam zaman president evil Ceausescu ke hapa ntah spelling nama dia, masa dia kena boo ngan rakyat dia kat live tv, lepas tu dia laki bini kena tembak bunuh cam anjing, so tu jam memang sesuai kot lagu ni. Apa aku lepak nengok presiden ni walaupun dia nye ending sedih, tapi bila kat tv tunjuk dia punye resident, tu jam kan Romania negara komunis, kira hidup dorang susah, tapi aku masih ingat aku kagum, dalam rumah dia ada bowling alley siak. "Kapitalis Imperialis" hehehe.. Opps salah lagu.

Potret Monalisa - One of the earliest influences untuk aku buat live recordings, untuk saje saje simpan buat kenangan dan future references besides pengaruh kumpul Iron Maiden nye bootlegs comes from Arwahyarham Adnan Maswan nye radio show " Anda Mau Rock? ni dia POP ROCK!! ". Arwah ni member errmm Impian Batik kot? dah lupa.
Tu jam Wings belum release album ni, tapi lagu ni dah masuk kat radio Singapura tu jam 94.2FM. Those days rock control market, dan takde draw a line mana2 negri kau negri kau negri aku negri aku what what crap ( cuma tu jam M Nasir masih Singaporean lagik, so lagu2 dia tak bleh compete kat TV3 Muzik2 or Juara Lagu haha )
. Yang untung fans ler. Arwah ni rakam live Wings perform lagu ni depan fans kat Spore tu jam kat one of their gigs, dan its one of the best live atmosphere of Wings ever untuk aku walau cuma dengar kat radio. Tapi aku tak tahu sapa ada rakam dari radio dan simpan tu jam. Kira korang bayangkan, - Engkau tersenyum di jendela " audience WOOOOOOHH!!! " memukau mata mempersona " audience WOOOOHH!! " susah nak cakap, tapi tu jam zaman anticipation very high gitu. Its like korang minat giler this band, then they are playing a brand new song never heard before, so korang cam word by word dengar the liriks gitu and korang respon. So its interesting ler, at least for me anyway.

Insaf - Ni part of the trilogy rakam terus Potret Monalisa, Insaf, Midnite Blues. Nothing much aku bleh remember lagu ni. Tapi what I hate about the original cd version was that the 3 songs are lump as one track, takde partition. So...cekik darah!!

Midnite Blues - Ni lagu kontroversi tapi liriks dia is very meaningful eh.
yang part " ada juga wajah yang pernah ku lihat di akhbar AWWW! ". M Nasir tu jam kontroversi kan ada satu orang tak suka dia pasal tulisan lirik lagu ni.
Ending dia - Sapa telepon?? haha. Klassik ending. Dan jugak the baby crying. Cradle pun ada buat efect sama kat 1st album dorang, dan Vinnie Moore pun ada jugak buat effect anak kecik dia cakap " rain2 go away " kat lagu Rain, dan of course KISS is the all time great kalo pakai suara budak2 kecik...God of Thunder!! and Rock and Roll!! opsss melalut lak.

Bujang Senang - errrmmm "trivia notalotofpeople" know that, intro dan ending accoustic tu si Steve Vai nye dari salah satu lagu album David Lee Roth " Skyscraper ". Lagu yang sangat best, dulu aku ada satu kawan masa NS, dia suka pekik out of sudden " BUJANG SENANG!! " hehe.

Di Persimpangan - ni album, takde lagu weak eh..in fact Wings nye 1st 3 album takde lagu weak. Semua lagu quality.

Harapan - Ni feverit aku, love song ekekeke. One of Awie nye best vocal performance in the studio ler pada aku. Dia memang bleh pekik.

Perhentian - Nanananananananananananannaa. Feverit aku lagi satu. I like!!

Alam Barzakh - Macammana eh keadaan kat sana eh nanti. Kawan aku tak minat rock tapi bila dia dengar lirik lagu ni, dia pun suka terus. Tapi aku nak komplen satu benda pasal cd revisited ni kejap lagi pasal lagu ni.

So back to the original intent of making this post, review cd baru.



Revisited.. Original ke tak word ni taruk kat album aku tak tahu la, tapi Metallica dah taruk dah eh...apa tu? Garage Days Revisited.. yang aku sampai skarang menyampah pasal aku tak suka Metallica gi letak tu Maiden's nye Run To The Hills kat hujung lagu apa tu( dah lupa , is it Last Caress something tu )? Ntah cam buruk je la pada aku. Aku tak suka..
One of the regrets tu jam aku takde duit nak beli that re-revisited Metallica dan memang aku tak tahu nilai barang2 zaman tu kat Ebay skarang haha. Kalo aku tahu berapa dia nye value kat ebay skarang, aku dah beli vinyl, kaset, cd semua 1st print haha. Skarang dah memang takde, korang nak dengar, korang kena gi carik Garage Inc. not bad ler. Tapi make sure versi korang ada lagu " SO WHAT!! " pasal kadang2 versi Malaysia/Spore ni selalu nye dah kena 'sanitized ' kwang kwang kwang. Oppss melalut Metallica lak.

ok ok , back to Wings Teori Domino Revisited.

Seems the idea of this recording is to create a new live, warts and all, no edits, recording of one of their classic albums, about 17 years after the original one.
Result. Interesting, terang2 korang ada about 27rm tu spare, get the original ler.
Besides the revisited nye cd, korang get the original recording cd also. Berbaloi.
Tapi sorry takde liriks k kat inlet dia.
Anyway for Wings, kalo korang ada kaset/cd Best Of Wings keluaran 1992 gitu, tu album pun dah memang ada a few studio recorded balik lagu2 lama dari 1st 3 albums, and seems very live gitu. Walaupun drummer nye tu jam ialah errmmmm...that Gersang guy haha.

Also ada some info cammana nak dapat tshirt limited edition teori domino tapi aku nengok belakang ada gambo members Wings eh, errrmm wa skip la. Pakai tshirt2 ada gambo ni kalo pakai nanti nak gi semayang kat mesjid ke hapa friday, leceh siak, nak kena tebalik2 kan. Ye la, kadang2 terpakai kan. Tapi aku pernah nampak budak metal gi semayang jemaat pakai tshirt tu black black metal yang gambo2 brutal tu, lepas wuduk before masuk mesjid semua terbalikkan...alrite ah. Darurat kot tu jam takde tshirt spare.

Suara Awie tak sama cam dulu, aku always compare Awie ngan Minoru Nihara Loudness ler. Dorang as grow older suara ada ubah sikit, tapi dorang tetap the one and only frontman for these two great bands. Aku tak suka sangat si Sawie tu, tapi kalo dia front man Wings, aku beli original products, dan beli tiket show. Takde ngecek2 orang tiket free k.

Sapa yang suka sangat mengecek tiket free untuk band melayu walaupun sebenarnye korang mampu beli tapi saje ambik kesempatan, korang kena ingat, band melayu ni semua market kecik, kalo semua asyik ngecek free tiket je, gulung tikar ler. Sorry ah, tapi aku tak suka some people, sikit2 tiket free, siap bangga lak tu " member aku ada kat dalam, nak mintak tiket free dari dia ", dulu aku pun fikir cam gitu, tapi maybe for international acts yes, for local acts, aku beli. Takde duit, tak pegi takpe. But I wont like mengharap ngecek. Berapa sangat la artis2 tempatan ni dapat duit, especially kalo rock/metal bands yang supporters dan sympathisers dia tak banyak mana dan kedudukan ekonomi yang bukan kaya raya cam Pavarotti nye crowd. Tapi, unless for example, its Sweet Charity/Rockers reunion gig kat Esplanade dan tiket dah sold out hahaha. Then kena la mengampu sapa2 yang aku tak kenal tapi buat kenal.

Most of the songs nafas baru ler, tapi essence the same, Rantai best, dah takde tu " huh huh " kat tengah, dorang main style live gitu, dan Harapan, Harapan si Awie tu betul2 nye effort wei..dan "dispeedupkan" kat tengah tu...laju kan haha.

Ok la, for the price and quality, aku kasi 8/10.
Apsal aku tak kasi lebih? padahal aku suka ni album...
pasal...

MANA ALAM BARZAKH VERSI ENGLISH!!!!!!!!????????


Next, please Mr Awie, Joe, Eddie and Black, other albums please. For old time sake ler.

Brief introduction, dekni 4 orang ni ialah anggota Black Sabbath dari 1980-1982 ( lepas tu break up pasal RJD kena tuduh ubah mixing sound untuk Live Evil ke hapa ntah malam2 kat studio lepas tu RJD bawak VA form up DIO dan Black Sabbath terus jadi musical chair ) dan lepas tu dorang 4 ni buat lagi satu album/tour tahun 1992 around there ( lepas tu kecoh pasal Ozzy jemput dorang for dia nye solo farewell gig tapi RJD tak mau join so last minit kena panggil Rob Halford ( Judas Priest ) and abis la dorang 4 tu jam. Bila dorang reunion last year, dorang tak pakai moniker Black Sabbath pasal nanti takut orang terconfuse ingat Ozzy Osbourne jadi vokalis for this reunion and tour. Tak silap aku copyright Black Sabbath si Toni Iommi yang pegang, so bukan pasal copyright cuma tak mau confusion. Jadi dorang gunakan moniker Heaven And Hell, pasal ni famous song dan judul album dorang, tapi serious bebual, dorang can name themselves " my grandfather clock " ke, " humpty dumpty " ke, "zombie kampung pisang" ke dan fans macam aku mesti pegi support nye.

So, penat siak, semalamnye Megadeth, balik tido kejap gi keja pagi, then terus gi Heaven And Hell lak.
So aku ni kali ngan 'mybetterhalf' lagi star karat dari semalamnye nengok Megadeth. Nak kul 7.45 baru keluar rumah, sampai Fort Canning naik mrt ngan panjat bukit tu dah nak kat 8.45 sampai. Yahoo belum start.
Sampai je, ramai nye orang, tapi mesti bleh selitnye kan, so mbh aku lepak kat Legends nye step ( cam dah jadi port dia lak ) aku tinggalkan md aku, so ingat nak gi depan nak snap gambo satu dua, tapi..


stage set, cool fencing decoration, very stylo mylo. Backdrop very simple ada cam window gitu dan batu2 besar gitu zaman dulu tapi 1st few songs ada artwork Heaven And Hell yang pompuan tiga orang ada kepak hisap rokok tu tapi lepas tu takde dah...

...oh my, tarikan dia kuat la, wa terus selit and selit, abis tu, korang nengok ah, setlist dia one after another are the soundtrack of my childhood years, lagu2 yang aku membesar..and its Ronnie James Dio. The \m/ guy. The man on the silver mountain, the one who believe he can Catch The Rainbow, The Rainbow In The Dark, the Sunset Superman, waktu aku ngah dari darjah dua gitu aku 1st time dengar band Rainbow dari pelajar2 budak2 besar bawak tape rekoder dalam beg grandsport,sampai aku dah tua ni hahaha, dah berapa tahun eh dengar suara dia nyanyi? nak 27 tahun dah ..I love you Ronnie James Dio!!! Wooo so aku pun enjoy myself la kat in front. Soak in the feeling. Seeing one of the singers and bands that means so much to me haha.

Start lepas intro E5150, ok dulu untuk budak2 kampung batak, budak2 kaki bukit, budak2 kampung melayu jalan eunos, bas 51 abis kat atas, bas 50 abis kat bawah lepas dorang split kat original masjid alkaff nye simpang tiga tu. Then kan korang, terus lagu " I ". Heavy giler siak lagu ni tu malam. Geezer Butler amboi, heavy ah dekni, tapi aku sebelah kawasan Tony Iommi hehe. Serious bebual, ni aku ngah dengar yang aku rekod, bulu roma ternaik. Toni Iommi very cool siak. Dorang ni dah usia lanjut tapi nampak hensem, nampak slim, nampak smart, nampak healthy, jeles siak aku. Pakai make up ngan ada stylist dan dresser kot. Tapi still dorang nampak very healthy.

Cannot be this good this show aku cakap, first 3 songs dah power giler, I was thinking to myself, mesti lepas ni mesti konpem slack, takkan bleh maintain power sey all the way. But I was wrong..

So aku cakap, ok lepas ni aku nak balik belakang teman mbh, sekali tu ah kau RJD sua introduce next song as " songs about the stars " , apa lagi ni sua terang " The Sign Of The Southern Cross " abis la cammana aku nak gi belakang kan, ni another song aku grow up with. Lagu yang sangat slow, sangat melodic, suara penyanyi sangat merdu, tapi heavy!!!!!! oppsss kena emphasise HEAVY!!

Vinnie Appice ( korang kalo tak tahu, selain Black Sabbath early 80s, dekni majoriti album2 DIO, dia drummer ler ), mbh pun cakap dia best, memang best..nanti ceta lagi pasal si drummer ni.
Before I forget, this song is played in its full version ok, takde sekerat2 nye ok. Full version siap nasik tambah , 8 minutes 20 second beb. Gerek!

Then aku nak gi belakang, RJD cakap the next song is about "magic and dolls" abis la aku tak jadi gi belakang lagi.. Lagu VOODOO!! oooo I love this scary song, korang tahu part tengah tu yang " if you are on the lonely highway tu " , dulu aku kecik2 dengar lagu ni takut siak hahaha. Tapi ni lagu aku kasi aku nak belajar pasal Afrikan culture haha. ok lagu ni pun dorang seret 8 minit lebih, power giler.



Lepas tu Vinnie Appice nye drum solo, hah!! best, exciting. Siap masuk lagu techno lagik, dia main style yang korang tahu yang pompuan Korea ketuk2 drum besar gitu. Ah gitu la dia main. Best best best.

Lagu ni kena seret abis, slow motion gitu, really makes the crowd soak in the atmosphere, betul2 ah these four guys are the masters la. Godfathers la gitu. Audience semua cam captivated kat dorang sey. Dorang seret, tapi its so good siak, its bloody damn good. Kira betul2 SabbathBloodySabbath moment hoho.

Anyway, korang ni lagu kan RJD selalu buat improvisation baik zaman Black Sabbath, DIO nye zaman, atau sampai skarang...
So improvisation part " there a little white shape look down on me " tu takde beza cam most live albums yang korang dengar, tapi 1st time aku nengok sendiri, memang very dramatik macam opera gitu, pasal efek lampu tukar2 guna spotlight dan aksi RJD depan stage. Aku jauh so tak dapat snap this part. Maybe next time, just maybe, I will first to the barrier just like the old times hohoho just for Ronnie James Dio.

So actually kan, kumpulan Heaven And Hell, tak main banyak lagu tapi some songs dorang sudah buat extended version ngan solos , blues, RJD nasik tambah liriks, tapi just nice, about 90minits of highest quality.

So lepas tu tunggu encore, nanti cam aku tulis kat paling best moment kat bawah, aku surprise by the crowd nye cheering siak, dorang sua chant tu Heaven And Hell nye melody line..

So lepas tu mbh pun ikut gi depan, then soak the atmosphere for the last time, Neon Knights!! singalong, lupa aku ngah pegang plastik old chang kee wakaka.
Best best best, abis lak jumpa si Lauretta Alabbon nye clone hahaha.



paling best moment - At last aku dapat tengok Ronnie James Dio live sejak aku minat suara dan lagu2 dia nyanyi zaman Rainbow masa aku kecik2 dan nengok the best line up Black Sabbath ever pada aku. Dream come true. Hopefully got another time ek dan kalo lain kali dorang main lagu Country Girl. sigh. Aku suka giler lagu ni." fell in love with a country girl morning sunset " ewah.

paling rock moment - audience singalong melody line lagu Heaven & Hell masa tunggu encore, tak pernah dalam mana2 aku gi local gig, ada such impromtu chant-a-long by the crowd, camaraderie very clear siak.

paling tak rock moment - aku sambil nyanyi2 singalong happy2 lagu Neon Knights, terlupa aku ngah pegang plastik Old Chang Kee. Wakakakaka abis show kena tegur ngan abang J wakakaa. Ha ah siak, goyang2 lagu Neon Knight tapi tangan pegang Old Chang Kee nye plastik bag. Lagi aku snap gambo mesti ternaik2 plastik old chang kee wakakaka.

Last nye cakap eh, aku dah nengok
Black Sabbath ( Eternal Idol nye line up ), Dream Theater, Dragonforce, Yngwie J Malmsteen Rising Force, Toto, Megadeth, Slayer, Deep Purple, dan ntah apa lagi eh dah lupa yang datang kat Spore dan aku mampu pegi dari dulu, tapi ni show yang paling best so far.. dari sound, dari stage movement, dari persembahan ( each of the 4 are so very good , betul2 cam kita cakap " they are true professionals " ), dari entertainment, environment, lighting, atmosphere, weather, crowd behaviour, every song killer, wa dapat btleg sound yang kasi aku happy, mbh ada sama ngan aku, dari apa2 segi la, perfect. Hard to beat. Best international gig aku pernah nengok.

Crowd about 3000++ kot, pasal Megadeth gig kat Jakarta dan Bangkok so lesser kalo cam tu hari Slayer cuma gig kat sini outside of Japan so orang Thailand ngan Indon ada.
Fort Canning ni taman terbuka tau, dia cam padang sloping down gitu, so kalo korang diri mana2, kat belakang pun masih bleh nampak clear jugak..

So kita datang star karatz, kul 8.30 sampai relak kejap terus gig start. Aku cakap kat mybetterhalf, dulu aku nengok Deep Purple kul 5 dah Q, pasal nak rebut front railing sebelah Steve Morse nye side, nak nengok Search kul 9, aku magrib dah depan stage kat Larkin, ah! zaman muda mudi dulu hoho. So mbh duk kat Legend steps sebelah mixing tent, aku kejap depan kejap belakang ler, maklum dah tua, tak larat diri lama2, zaman "nodding donkey" rempuh2 kat depan dah lepas dah zaman tu semua hahaha.

Intro cam dalam album latest, lepas Sleepwalker terus masuk Take No Prisoner ( Take No SHIT!! ), gerek ah, teringat masa time Rust In Peace dulu beli kaset dia dan trying to decipher liriks album ni, actually kan, a bit of trivia, president John F Kennedy pernah cakap something like, " dont ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country", tapi Dave Mustaine lain sikit wakakaa.



Then masuk lagu Wake Up Dead, sorry aku tak familiar ni lagu sangat, aku bukan biggest fan of Megadeth pun, aku minat mendalam dorang nye teeny boppers pop hits je hohoho.

Then masuk Skin Of My Teeth, ah ni favorite zaman Megadeth Countdown To Extinction. Pun tu jam aku masih sekolah lagi kot? tak abis2 lagi wakakaaka, maklum wa repeat student/dropout.

Then Dave Mustaine nye big speech pasal datang Singapura, kawasan rumah dia kat Amerika semua terbakar teruk yang masuk tv, sokkabar tu semua.

Tapi at least, lagu ni ajar aku how to speak a few French sentence, sapa tahu, besok aku jumpa Thiery Henry ke, Matthieu Flamini ( aku suka dekni dari 2-3 seasons back, workrate dia tinggi, mintak2 dia stay long term kat Arsenal ) ke, Patrick Vierra ke, William Gallas ke, Arsene Wenger ke, bleh aku speaking " atoutlemonde atoutlesamie jevousaime jevourparte " ewah!! translate dia something like "kepada dunia, kepada kawan2 ku, aku sayang korang semua, tapi aku kena pergi sekarang) wahahahaha. Audience participation yang band stop main hulur mikropon tu sekali je, aku rasa kalo Megadeth seret singalong lagu ni sampai 20 minit pun aku alrite je, feberet part aku everytime dengar live versions lagu ni.

Then lagu In My Darkest Hour, ni yang so far so good so what nye album. Aku nak ke halaman rindu kejap, pernah aku jumpa kawan aku ngan kawan dia yang aku tak kenal, it was long back many years ago. So kawan aku tanya aku " amacam? semua ok? " kawan tanya kan, so aku jawab " ok, so far so good ". Biasalah kan, abis kawan dia ntah mana nye melayu bukit, terus cakap kuat " so far so good, so what?? " alamak, wa tu jam ngah otak tak betul cam nak campak kerusi je la, pada aku kalo dia nak rock pun, tak kena tempat. Badigol nye bukit!! no manners.

Terus korang tahu lagu apa? HANGAR 18!!! aku sebenarnye nak buat gempak nak pakai tshirt Hangar 18 buat sendiri nye design hantar kedai, tapi tak sempat nak collect kat Pertama Complex sampai skarang!! nanti ah buat pakai konsert lagi sekali Megadeth datang. Lagu ni aku cuma nak cakap " perfect 10 ". You all got to see for yourself dia punye ending tukar2 solos tu... Exciting giler!!
Bila ada solo yang take turn, spotlight ikut dan satu gi belakang..cam gini gitu..Selalu nengok kat dvd je , ni nengok live lak





Then Dave Mustaine cakap pasal komputer game , then lagu Gears Of War. Sorry tak kenal sangat lagu ni hahaa.

Then lagu yang aku gurau dedicate kat mbh. Lagu " She Wolf ".
Aku ada satu bootleg Megadeth dia intro lagu ni , dia tanya audience, " How many of you here have dated an evil woman? " so audience semua cam jawab2 la gitu pekik2, sekali tu Dave Mustaine tanya lagi " How many of you here are those evil women? " terus audience yang pompuan semua cam cakap yes gitu. Kelakar siak.

Seterusnye, Kick The Chair. Ni yang System is Down nye album lepas Dave Mustaine sembuh tangan kiri dia terpeleot nerve problem. Dead Enough takde, aku suka ah lagu tu dari album yang sama ni.

Then Tornado of Souls, tak bleh lari la eh, Rust In Peace is perfect album eh, mesti kena main banyak lagu dari album ni, tapi Polaris takde lak.

Then Ashes In Your Mouth, then dia cakap-
" Man, I wish for one second that you can standhere with me and see how beautiful you look.
And I want to tell you something, so far since we left United States and came over here, we played Thailand and Indonesia, and we did not play She Wolf for them so you got an extra song. And I was talking to the boys backstage and I said - you know what, I got a feeling this could be one of those nights and we probably will play some extra songs tonight, ( cue - mega cheers from the audience ) ......... and of course they say no. ( cue - mega depression from the same audience LOL! )

I'm just kidding, so I dont want to fuck around anymore, I dont talk a lot in concert because I dont think you pay to comr here for this concert and listen to me talk. I think musicians who stand up here and waste your time by talking are fucking losers. So we're going to play as much as we can right now. We got about six more songs and then its off to the hospital "

Sorry aku belum cek out what is the meaning of this word. Maybe Spanish, maybe portugis aku tak tahu, tapi its actually yang singalong tu kan sebutan dia ialah
" Mega-deth! " " Mega-deth! " " Aquante " " Mega-deth ". Correct me if I am wrong, but this is how the singalong suppose to be masa riff dia.

entah aku ngah occupy diri aku ngan bermacam2 aktiviti, tu la langsung tak fikir atau excited sangat pasal nak nengok Megadeth dan Heaven & Hell ( especially Ronnie James Dio ) hari jemaat dan sabtu ni.
tapi nari nye sokkabar, tiga color pages on these two bands, local reporters interview dorang. Kalo aku yang interview kan lagi best. Reporters ni semua tahu ke sapa dan pasal apa dorang interview? atau not all reporters tahu topik apa dorang interview? dorang interview pasal tu periuk nasik dorang. Kena buat. Bukan passion pasal Black Sabbath Dio Years, Megadeth atau certain individuals in these two bands.

- Do you say never to a Dave Mustaine/Marty Friedman/Nick Menza/Dave Ellefson classic lineup reunion?
- Given a chance, will you return to Metallica to rescue that once glorious band from their current songwriting style?

- Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio solo years, you are the soundtrack of my life. What mixture you drink to make your voice so melodious?
- Will you please seriously try to reform Rainbow with Ritchie Blackmore?. Even without the late Cozy Powell?
- Will you please come to my humble home? You may have to sit on the mat, but it would be great honour to have you.
- Please come back to Singapore again ok? As your DIO band or with Heaven & Hell or maybe Rainbow.
