I finally got a ticket for the ACDC (with Axl Rose) at Manchester Eltihad Stadium show.

It will worth to backpack and travel to Midlands UK for the rock fans this year. Wherever you are in the world.

It will be about 3 hours bus ride from Manchester to Derby, so I can sleep on the bus then LOL!!!

Aku nak CINDERELLA'S TOM KEIFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Angus should choose him permanently LOL!!!!

Boleh?

hahaha....

ok..  kejap belum buat review Iron Maiden lagik haha...

k dah tu je...

Below video..
Donington 1991 with ACDC headlining and some other great bands, Metallica plays just before ACDC.
That must have been an awesome year in Donington Park, midlands of the UK. The heartbeat of the best kind of music ever.

The cannons are stack so high to the sky....

I like it so much..

Pretty Pics of Iron Maiden - Janick with Steve, w/Dave & w/Adrian. - a short preview of the first show I attend for the The Book Of Soul World Tour. Just now at Perth Arena.

G'Day Mate.

Some pretty pictures for all to ogle. LATEST. LOL!!! (Perth Arena 14 May 2016).
Something unusual, at least for this blog and yours truly...
Lets have a Janick Gers celebrations LOL!!!

Allow me just a little of the self-indulgence whenever it comes to Iron Maiden, please... LOL!!

So we have....

Janick Gers with Steve Harris

Janick Gers with Dave Murray (and Sooty the Bear and Nicko hidden)

Janick Gers with Adrian Smith. (and Sooty, this time partially hidden, and of course Nicko hidden again... LOL!!..)

(all photos by yours truly, I like them so, even if you don't like them LOL!!...) .

I still have to say a few words,

Simply unbelievable performance, the cancer effect really shows, its like truly every show could be the last one ever, yet at the same time there is a lot of happiness and fooling around but truly an unbelievable delivery by the whole band.

I say again. UNBELIEVABLE.
Hands down, the best Iron Maiden live performance I had ever witness.

Possibly This could be the best tour ever by Iron Maiden to support possibly their best album ever.

Coming soon, more pretty pictures of Iron Maiden that I took, and full review of the Perth Arena Book of Soul World Tour Last Australian date and the place is basically full house for the Standing Area, though black curtains are in place on the higher seats from what I can see, but the lower seats seems full house too.

Ulasan Penuh Shiok Sendiri aku nanti...

Amorettes, BABYMETAL, Amon Amarth etc etc

As usual.
First in bazaar market Malay,
then in horrible English language.

So nari kita cerita pasal dorang.

Satu paling aku suka gi Donington Download Festival, aku boleh tengok band2 rock baru terutama dari UK dari generasi belia dan budak2 belasan tahun hari ini pasal memang banyak band rock akan main diawal siang hari, walaupun satu band rock yang rasanya makin mendapat nama iaitu Amon Amarth pun kena slot rabak punye siang hari. HAHAHAHA. Kul 12 kot rasanya Amon Amarth kena main.
Kira ok la.. Aku pernah gi tengok kat Donington UFO main 11AM. KURANG AJAR KAN?? Takde hormat langsung kat UFO, kasi UFO slot 11 pagi. Dan aku pergi Hellfest tengok Impiety main 11AM jugak gitu. Tapi itu ok la.. haha.
Ni UFO?? Orang semua tengah tidur la.....

Balik pada Amon Amarth
macam siot, aku kena pergi awal kalau nak tengok dorang. Siot betul. Haha.
Ni kali kedua dorang main Donington tau Amon Amarth, first time main kecoh pasal dorang ada masalah dan at last dorang dapat main 20 minit je pasal kena ikut jadual ketat haha. Jadi ni kali kira dorang bayar balik kot? haha...

Aku masih takde tiket untuk Download 2016, masih belum ambik cuti dari kerja, tapi masih all system go gitu dalam kepala hotak aku yang berdengung ni.

Anyway... balik pada topik hangat,

So mungkin kalau aku ada peluang gi Donington 2016, The Amorettes dan baru sahaja diumumkan Babymetal ada dan kebarangkalian persembahan The Amorettes dan Babymetal akan bertembung dalam waktu sama dilain-lain pentas kat padang gergasi Donington yang besar giler..

Babymetal, aku rasa tentu semua kenal Babymetal ni satu fenomena yang paling dahsyat dari Jepun, ni tetiba baru diumumkan dimasukkan dalam senarai pasal aku rasa slot main-stage hari pertama memang dah terasa kehilangan MOTORHEAD pasal Lemmy dah mati, dan jugak kekecohan laungan berbau rasis dan supremacy kulit puteh Phil Anselmo menyebabkan DOWN pun dibatalkan.

Aku boleh cakap la kan, Down bersama Anselmo kalau main, aku tak surprise kalau kena rejam botol2 penuh dengan air kencing.

The Amorettes - sebuah band rock dari Scotland semua pompuan dan bassist dan drummer adik beradik, tiga orang dan macam HIGH ON FIRE dan THE ENEMY, guitarist ialah penyanyi.

The Amorettes ni sama macam satu band rock UK bernama The Treatment yang aku suka cek-out kat Youtube,

Aku plan tengok The Amorettes dulu, kalau best aku stay sampai abis, dan terus gi tengok apa tu fenomena Babymetal.

Tapi ada kemungkinan aku tengah tidur lagi haha... sampai malam tengok Ramstein kejap sebab Motorhead Tribute memang macam siot. Padahal hari Isnin selepas tu Saxon + Mikkey Dee + Phil Campbell akan beraksi kat London Metal Hammer show.
Abis tu ala... tukar2 plan sakit la, London pulak bandaraya mahal giler...
so gigit jari je la haha...

Anyyway, balik kepada apa yang nak diceritakan..

Tentu rasanya suasana macam gini, kalau Babymetal beraksi pentas utama Donington, serupa Knebworth nye suasana walau Knebworth lagi kecik kawasan nye pada pendapat aku berbanding saiz Donington lagi gedabak..

Dahsyat audience dorang, ni aku tampal dari youtube proshot dari Sonisphere 2014, satu hari METALLICA headline, satu hari IRON MAIDEN headline, aku tak tahu ni hari mana haha. atau mungkin first day kot, entah PRODIGY kot headline?

Aku serious berbual aku tengok video ni baru aku rasa ok jugak Babymetal ni.
Last year dorang main kat Donington sebagai surpised act kat pentas kecik dalam khemah gitu ngan Dragonforce gitu..Sesuai la kan DRAGONFORCE beraksi dengan Babymetal ni.
Tapi audience, dahsyat....... haha.

Lagi satu ialah Juliette and the Licks, ni rock n roll band gitu, dan kalau dorang clash dengan Nikki Sixx nye band, aku akan gi tengok dorang Juliette and the Licks kat pentas kedua. Walau pentas ketiga rasanya ada Escape The Fate.

Ni kalau aku dapat pergi la... HAHA.. Kita mampu merancang ye tak...

So tu je la nak cakap, kalau band rock melayu macam Last Minute, Ella and the Boys dan Ella, sebagainya... omputeh pun ada dari dulu sampai sekarang yang terror terror nye...
cam Amorettes ni..

ok dah tu je...

Hi all

Just a bit of talk about some females fronted or all female bands playing in Download Donington for 2016.

If I got a chance to attend this festival, and I am not sleeping still at Derby cause thats the place I want to stay for Donington Weekend.. LOL!!!

No camping for me. LOL!! Ya.. I know of the area called Camp Loner but I wont haha.

I dont mind taking the bus daily...

I would certainly like to check out Amorettes though they could be clashing with Babymetal, and certainly would like to check out Juliette and the Licks.

Nightwish, I really think the current singer is simply awesome so would like to check them out besides getting ready for Maiden headlining after that.

Thats about it...

WE GOT THE BEAT!!!!!

P.s

Speaking of Amon Amarth having an oh so early time slot at Donington.. and I will struggle to wake up early LOL!!

This is a very good official release DVD of them live in Strasbourg somewhere in France 2015.

I was checking out of them in youtube for their live 2016, and they have a brilliant stage set. How do they transport those? I hope to see them with the new 2016 stage presentation

Roxette - Message from Marie/ Good Karma & FIRST TO THE BARRIER of Iron Maiden of course...

As usual in bazaar market Malay Language
and then to broken incoherent English.

A Message from Marie

I am so touched by your thoughts, your words and your endless love that you have shared since the cancelling of Roxette’s summer tour was announced. Eventually all good things must come to an end, and though I love being on stage, meeting our fans, I don't have the strength for the touring life any more. It’s as simple as that.

Per and I now look forward to the release of our new album "Good Karma”. We really love it – hope you will too!

 Love from Marie.

Roxette

I hope they are not finished, I hope they will continue make new albums, new songs.
and I hope there is a chance for Marie to still perform live with Roxette.

Like I say above, watching Roxette perform live, its amazing Marie is on stage at all with all her medical conditions, and losing an eyesight too.
But thats life and...

for me, Its ok if they wont play live in where I am anymore.

AS THE SAYING GOES something like this " If The Mountain Don't Come To Us, We Will Go To The Mountain. ". LOL!!!

Anyway, as the above Marie Fredriksson message, - Eventually all good things must come to an end.

sigh.

Anyway,

lets get excited as Roxette is releasing a new album very soon...

Its called Good Karma.

The cover and rear cover will look like these..

The First Single is a slow love song, but still its a great song. Awesome actually. LOL!!!

"Ahhh... Uhuuuu.... Ahhhh.... Uhuuuu... Its a Cabaret..."

"Ahhhh... You Fall In Love... Ahhhh.. You Fall In Love".

I like it very much...

This is the song, the first single with the full lyrics..

I think this album should be a great one.

been listening back to the bootleg I tape of the last time they played in Singapore in 2012..

My fave songs were not played - no Queen Of Rain, no June Afternoon, no She Dont Live Here Anymore, no Harley & Indians, no a lot of my fave songs..

but still a blockbuster setlist of old and new songs...

and they were ROCKING!!!!!! Lol!!

here's one...

its always fun when Roxette plays their fast songs..

I should have been FIRST TO THE BARRIER!! at this Roxette show LOL!!!

Speaking of FTTB, I had registered myself for one of Iron Maiden's Australian date FTTB Drawing of Lots.

A kind of tranquility warm-up, with peace loving audience before the horrible hell and muddy fields of Donington I hope to go again this year... LOL!!!!

Anyway,

Found this unusual video clip of Queen Of Rain with Lyrics on the screen..

The Earlier Days of Roxette..

and this is Per Gessle solo live version... and he has this amazing lady singer to support him.

I think I should blog more on Roxette albums if I got time.. LOL!!

NOT ONLY UP THE IRONS!!!!
but
UP THE ROXETTE!!

p.s

Gigih ok Gigih kawan aku satu ni, lincah lintang pukang la aku speku, sebagai mana seseorang boleh lintang pukang guna internet beli tiket ABSU live in Singapore nanti.. pergi tak pergi lain cerita pasal lambat lagi... Standby tiket dulu just in case LOL!!
Siot betul, fanatic giler dia ngan Absu...

okay.... harap dia belanja aku tiket... LOL!!!!! haha....pasal aku pun tak pernah tengok Absu main lagik.

nanti lain kali cerita.. haha

RITCHIE BLACKMORE('s Rainbow) - cover story of guitar player mag May 2016

An Intro In Malay Language

Then proceed to English.

Dan inilah aku nye first time dan last time untuk aku menunjukkan betapa aku sayang kat kumpulan Rainbow jadi aku sanggup gi backpack Loreley ni haha.

Aku ada  angan-angan Mat Jenin, dalam 10 hari nanti, aku nak backpack sorang2 tengok 4 band rock main headlining acts kat lain2 tempat.. -

ACDC/ BLACK SABBATH/ IRON MAIDEN /RAINBOW.

Quadruple paling seronok la kan untuk peminat muzik rock terutama Black Sabbath dah confirm The End.

Tak tahu cammana antara angan-angan mat jenin paling giler aku pernah cita-citakan.

So far, hanya tiket Rainbow je aku ada. HAHAHA...

ok, dalam kepala hotak aku sekarang tengah main lagu XPDC - John Jenin.

ok, kalau 1st May ni kat sebelah Plaza Angsana, XPDC bawak lagu John Jenin, dan aku tak pergi... memang waste la. haha. Feberet....

OK For those interested, this is the page by page interview and articles on Ritchie Blackmore which he appears on the front cover of Guitar Player Magazine May 2016 to celebrate his return to play Rainbow and Deep Purple songs for total of 3 shows in

- Loreley Germany, Stuttgart Germany and Birmingham England.

I hope to be at the Loreley show, and I still have no idea how to go there LOL!!!

Lets have the articles first for those who wants to read but cannot locate this magazine..

By clicking it and enlarging I hope you guys can read it? LOL!! Sorry if cannot.

Anticipation is killing me,  RAINBOW performing is basically overtaking the excitment of looking forward to see Iron Maiden'Book Of Soul World Tour" for me, and thats is like basically crazy for me LOL!!!

I really hope I can make it...

I actually plan for a crazy 10 days crazy sleep on the buses and airports backpacking exploration to see ACDC/BlackSabbath/IronMaiden/Rainbow

headlining quadruple act in different places and festivals.

Anyway, lets review my dream setlist LOL!!! Ritchie Blackmore has now said the songs will be faithful to the originals.

The keyboards player Jens Johannson (Statovarious, Yngwie Malmsteen Rising Force, Dio) will be playing supporting but he will still get some solos.

So considering only the popular POP songs will be played.

This is what I expect of the Rainbow 2016 setlist.

Intro-Somewhere Over The Rainbow "Toto we're not in Kansas anymore"

1) KILL THE KING

2) GATES OF BABYLON

3) Greensleeves/16TH CENTURY GREENSLEEVES

4) PERFECT STRANGERS

5) STREET OF DREAMS

6) MAN ON THE SILVER MOUNTAIN/Blues/STARSTRUCK

7) MISTREATED/STORMBRINGER

8)CATCH THE RAINBOW

9) STARGAZER

10) BLACK NIGHT

11) SINCE YOU BEEN GONE

12) SMOKE ON THE WATER

encore

13) HIGHWAY STAR

14) BURN

15) LONG LIVE ROCK N ROLL

16) STILL I'M SAD (at least 20 minutes version please LOL!!)

outro WEISS HEIM

I would be very happy.. though it would not happen I think..

I am not asking for A LIGHT IN THE BLACK, not asking for even WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW,  LOL!! I am not asking for DRINKING WITH THE DEVIL, LOST IN HOLLYWOOD, ok what I'm actually wants to go asking, is like the whole Fireball album, whole In Rock album, whole Machine Head album, whole Stormbringer album LOL!!!! and all Rainbow albums..ok ok I am going crazy I got to stop.. LOL!

OK thats about it, if I can manage to be there I will blog about it,

or else, lets all of us just wait for the DVD.. LOL!!

Speak of DVDs, and whatever.. this is the Ritchie Blackmore Story DELUXE boxset packaging for those who havent seen it...

Its here..

http://www.deaf-angel.blogspot.my/2015/12/the-ritchie-blackmore-story-deluxe.html

Summer nights are colder now

They've taken down the fair
All the lights have died somehow
Or were they ever there

No sighs or mysteries
She lay golden in the sun
No broken harmonies
But I've lost my way
She had rainbow eyes

Oooh, ooh

sigh..

p.s

Opening band Thin Lizzy (or whatever is left of it) is not using Motorhead's Mikey Dee.

At first I thought its because there is going to be a surprise Motorhead tribute All Star performance in Donington Download Festival (Black Sabbath & Iron Maiden are going to headline each on the Saturday and Sunday), but I dont think so.

Thin Lizzy is using the Judas Priest drummer Scott Travis instead, and they are using Aerosmith bassist for the bass player slot.

OK, that will be fine, and surely lots of fun...

So so Mikey Dee......  but it would surely be more fun with Mikey Dee. LOL!!

MAY - Dilema & Hakikat

Salam Sejahtera, Ni Hao , Vanikam dan Good Day.

Kumpulan May (dan XPDC-XPDC nanti 1st May beraksi padang sebelah Angsana JB kan? Tapak biasa Jom Heboh style events and tu hari Wings pun beraksi tempat sama.
WHAT A PITY FOR ME!!

Aku cek rota, aku kerja malam. Kalau kerja pagi ok ye tak..

So aku ingat nak ambik leave satu hari, sekali tu kawan aku pun dah nak ambik la.

Lama aku tak tengok May main.

Takpelah... mungkin lain kali.

OK, so tu hari aku pun check-out apa2 latest ada kat kedai melayu tentang ni rock melayu nye album2 dahulu keluar balik bentuk CD.

So of course, aku beli apa aku minat dan tentu May. So aku beli Dilema dan Hakikat bentuk cd.

Ni.. aku tahu ramai korang semua dah ada...

This is like a must ye tak? Kalau sapa minat rock Melayu zaman dulu.

May ni kan... kalau korang tanya aku la, feberet albums kumpulan MAY...

aku rate gini la..

1st- Kaset Hakikat

2nd- Kaset Rahsia

3rd- CD Keras

4th- Kaset Dilema

Yes, Keras is aku nye Top Three. Aku suka sangat intepretasi May untuk lagu2 lama kat album tu dan album tu berakhir dengan lagu original May sendiri jugak antara lagu Melayu paling hebat la pada halwa telinga aku - Bergegar Segunung Rindu.

Ni aku buat blog ni, aku repeat mode ok lagu tu.

Aku suka Oney nye original version, Mus ada nyanyi lead vocals jugak kan lagu ni kat cd Otai Jamm or something? Aku dah lupa..

Tapi versi Oney tetap terbaik.

So as can see.. I do really like May. Walau mungkin distance dia jauh, MAY is like a Perak band? Not a Johor or Singapore band, so mungkin susah sikit la nak sokong lebih2.

Tapi ada jugak pasal May ni aku kureng...

Aku kureng sikit zaman May difrontmankan oleh Yantzen. OK, sila jangan lahar. Yantzen is awesome frontman, but I like him with Rusty Blade much more. LOL!!

OK lets begin with... HAKIKAT..

Senang cakap la.. kalau sekarang pun MAY main live concert dorang nye show sendiri taruklah masa persembahan 90 minit.

BETUL TAK KORANG SETUJU?

Korang tengok ni last aku tengok MAY main, dorang main full show kat Singapore tahun 2012 dulu... ni cover bootleg aku buat untuk show tu pasal aku bootleg audio full show letak kat youtube..

Tujuh lagu kan?

So tak yah cakap banyak pasal ni album HAKIKAT. Baik lagu laju nak mampos, lagu heavy nak mampos, ataupun lagu2 meleleh slow rock.

Terbaik dari ladang. Premium Quality.

Band lain, contoh macam Wings MEMPERTARUHKAN dua-dua lagu lagu slow rock..

TETAPI..

May, mempertaruhkan Sendiri dan Dari Kacamata. Slow rock dan heavy rocker song.

Tu jam M Nasir semua ni tak boleh ambik bahagian, tu jam dia belum declare kat radio Singapore yang " kat sana, rumput lagi hijau" lagi..

So mungkin May kalau letak dua lagu slow rock, silap2 dua2 masuk final ye tak?

Eh ni aku cakap betul kan? Its Sendiri dan Dari Kacamata kan May pertaruhkan kat TV3 muzik2?

Bayangkan dorang masukkan Cintamu Mekar Di Hati... wahhhhhh...

Final paling tak guna ye tak? lagu paling tak sedap malam tu boleh menang 1st.

Anyway, in conclusion Hakikat ni,-

Ni bukan first time keluar bentuk CD, tapi yang ni memang best pasal cover dia ikut sedaya upaya yang asli kaset.

Pasal Hakikat nye album ni, zaman kaset dah memang tersumbat dalam2 kena jam dalam2 kepala hotak ramai orang la kan.

OK OK last pasal HAKIKAT.. korang boleh panggil 50 orang peminat May, korang tanya ni 50 orang..

dulu masa aku sekolah , aku ada satu kawan , suka giler kat Dalam Kembara. Mungkin cerita hidup dia kot?. entah.

OK moving on... DILEMA.

kau yang buat ku dalam Dilema... haha.. Ramli Sarip.

Impian, what an intro song..  Best ye May, lagu2 ciptaan sendiri dan semua gerek2 baik laju atau slow.

Lagu2 Hidayah dan Keinsafan dorang pun aku suka..

Tak la straight forward lirik2 jenis Nasyid sangat sampai kulit aku rasa panas dan aku dah tak kena gaya, dan aku dah macam cacing menggelupar gitu...... sikit2 je lagu2 May pasal keinsafan ni dia cocok kat lirik suruh jadi baik. HAHAA....

Mungkin Dilema ni, kurang sikit orang tahu dari Hakikat..

Tapi sama beb, sama hebat...

Kalau slow rock kat album ni semua sedap.. ni belum masuk lagu laju, lagu heavy...

EMOSI MUDA - makkau!! Rock N Roll giler babi nye best.

Mus is istimewa gitu ye, suara dan jeritan nya

Trajidi.. Haruskah...   semua gerek la album ni..

Haruskah nye korus aku suka sangat haha.

BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!    starts with Dilema.

These are treasures if you are a music lover.

ok ok, sekarang aku tengah type ni, lagu Ku Dalam Dilema keluar kat laptop aku. haha...

TERBERENTI KEJAP OK TYPE  ...  .. but nope, I dont cry. HAHAHA.
