This is just some personal review and photo spread of Iced Earth - Alive In Athens Japanese pressing triple cd.



Aku bukan peminat Iced Earth sangat ler.
1st time aku dengar dorang dari satu budak cina ni tahun 1998 gitu..masa aku mintak dia pasangkan aku PC DIY murah nye..
Aku tanya, " what song ah? very nice ah.."
dia jawab " iced earth ". Aku lak " ah? ", dia ulang2 aku masih " AH?? WHAT?? "
so dia tulis kat kertas hahaha.
Oooo ICED EARTH!!. Bumi Air Batuded ( past tense ) wakakaka.

So dia suruh aku gi carik CD Days Of Purgatory..impressed nye pasal, so aku gi Queensway aku beli la yang double cd digipak tu...Alrite la... Solitude nye lagu very sweet siak... yang lain semua enjoyable jugak...yang Angel Holocaust sama intro ngan Ozzy Randy Rhoads tribute, some old music gitu...


The Japanese packing consist of two seperate inlets, with one in Japanese. The OBI strip is FAT due to the casing thickness. And the cds have three different pictures.


Then bila Alive In Athens keluar pun aku cam minat tapi tak berpeluang nak dengar , ye la nak dengar kena beli kan, mana la berduit asyik nak beli cd je kan...Sampai aku realise...T H E T R O O P E R is in there. Ni kira tie breaker yang buat aku curious pasal ni album pasal tu jam reviews semua cakap ni album power giler. So aku tangkap Japanese pressing yang triple cd tu. Pasal rasa cam worth it lak hehehe. Tu jam kat kedai version biasa semua 2 cd je.

So memang enjoy la..terutama lagu2 macam Pure Evil, Hunter, Watching Over Me, The Coming Curse, When The Night Falls - Oh My Goodness I love this version live ( tak tau kalo korang perasan...pada aku ni semua Iced Earth nye lagu2 pop dan catchy gitu ) hehehe...biasa la, wa kan pop song lover.
Tapi highlight of this cd of course la sua terang lagi bersuluh A Question Of Heaven. Aku rate ni live version lagu ni up there sama ngan Sometimes I Feel Like Screaming ( Live At Olympia Paris ) , Goodbye To Romance ( Randy Rhoads Tribute ) & Fear Of The Dark ( A Real Live One ) as those official live songs yang aku suka giler.



Ni dengar balik...yes this is a very nice live album...31 lagu...tiga jam...tiga cd. Iced Earth rakam dua malam berturut2 kat Athens Greece January 23,24 1999. Lain2 setlist dua2 malam dan dorang gabungkan jadi this complete package.

Ermmm....aku rekemen sapa tak pernah dengar, give this live album a try. Pinjam kawan ke hapa ke. Aku tak follow Iced Earth lagi lepas ni album sampai skarang.aku langsung cant be bothered yang Judas Priest nye singer tu join or ni vokalis lama rejoin balik..kira dalam kategori tak dengar tak pe, lagipun aku takde kawan yang beli iced earth so no chance ler, tapi aku suka tengok Iced Earth nye artwork covers...lawa lawa belaka.



akhir sekali cam vokalis dia pekik - "THANK YOU BROTHERS AND SISTERS!!"
